"Booked late in the day via our accommodation app. Couldn’t raise the motel on the phone despite repeated calls but they responded immediately when we used the messaging service on the app. They provided clear guidance on after hours access. Access to our room was a trifle dark. The room was recently updated with ultra-moden bathroom.
