The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.

It was terrible experience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Lady at the reception is very rude. I had to stay in a different hotel because I didn’t wanted to deal with her rudeness. Couldn’t get a refund because this hotel doesn’t have a cancellation option. And I already booked two rooms, so my family had to stay. The hotel service is terrible. You have to pay to warm up indoor pool 45€ per person, otherwise it is very cold to swim. Sauna is also 45€ per person. Rooms don't have windows. Breakfast is decent but you have to wait a lot and ask for everything separately. Building and designs are great but service is terrible! Overall it is not worth to stay at this hotel. Lady at the reception ruined our stay. From our 8 different hotel during our 20 days trip in Turkey, this hotel was by far the worst. For this amount of money that they ask for rooms and extra services you better stay in a 5 star hotel and still safe some money.

The property is well located and design is beautiful. I did not enjoyed the size of room nor the lack of air conditioning, room was excessively hot and bathroom had a horrible odor that would go away.

The hotel is very pretty, wonderful, but it is not what you see at the photos. The rooms are very warm, and the breakfast very bad and without service, like at a very cheap hotel.note thst the pool you see is not for use of guests.

The most incredible place to stay
I have travelled to a lot of places and stayed in lots of different hotels and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed at. The rooms are absolutely stunning, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The views are impeccable and the breakfast was the best food I’ve had in Turkey. I would very very highly recommend staying here, I have never been so comfortable or happy to stay anywhere.

Elika caves was amazing! I loved our cozy cave room! The hotel as amazing views and is located on a quite street so noise is not an issue. The staff here are exceptional! They are always there to help you book an excursion or point you in the direction of something fun to do! I highly recommend. You can also see the hot air balloons in the morning.

Luxury charming boutique hotel
Elika Cave Suites Upon arrival, the warm welcome at Elika Cave hotel was quite refreshing after the very long drive. Check in was quick and efficient and our suite was just a minutes walk away from reception. The charming walkway with its colorful flower pots and authentic decor instantly filled us with delight! The Suite 503 I cannot describe the warmth I felt in this gorgeous stone suite. It was as if though we turned back the clock 100 years, in this luxurious cave room, and I absolutely loved it! Our cave suite featured antique arm chairs, lanterns, ornaments, antique cutlery, beautiful turkish rugs, an enchanting closet, and my favourite: a delightful telephone! And a TV. A normal tv, that we never bothered using. It was so normal. The bathroom I felt like royalty standing infront of the floral designed gold mirror, with its matching vanity and oh-so-pretty bathroom accessories. The jacuzzi, and shower were good too, but the mirror & vanity just took my breath away! The Restaurant. No 10 Elika Caves Suites features an enchanting restaurant, with beautiful views of the town and a lovely outdoor terrace. The food was delicious, but the decor was what attracted me to go back again! Do visit the bathrooms here, even if you dont need to!! It transports you to a time of magic and splendor! Ok, you get it. I absolutely loved this place!! Our stay in this luxurious boutique hotel was just for a night. Service was exceptional & the location was superb.

The only thing i did not like was the space saver refrigerator in my room, it did not get cold! I had it set on high for 2 days and the temperature remained the same, cool! It did not make my beverages i purchased cold!

Not as good as it seems..
During check-in, all was friendly. During check-out, our request for temporary storage of our luggages were declined until I ‘begged’ them to do it. Initially they just wanted to leave our luggages outside the reception under the sun for 4 hours until we picked them up. It appears that they do not provide such a service to customers at all. The room was comfortable, just that it’s very sandy on the ground, probably due to it being a cave suite. There also wasn’t any air-conditioning in the room. It’s only upon request that they brought a fan to our rooms. Our rooms were literally as hot as an oven during the day. Despite it being reviewed fairly good over the years, I don’t think my friends and I will ever stay here again during our next trip to Cappadocia.

Dear Guest, First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As a hotel for the first time, we encounter such a problem with suitcases. We are sure we don't have careless and insensitive workers in our property. Our communication with our guests is completely respectful, natural and sincere. We are trying to solve even a small request from any of our guests quickly. We do not leave any of our guest's bag who will leave the hotel late and we carry them directly to the luggage room. I wish you could share your name with us and we would like to confirm if there is such a problem. Unfortunately, we do not find you sincere in this regard. Unfortunately, cave rooms can occasionally spill a little. We know that our friend who worked at the reception during check-in gave you information about this and we offer instant cleaning service against spillage. You have not stayed in a normal building hotel and the room you have stayed is completely natural. When such comments are conveyed to us, we really feel very sad. Because we try to provide full support to our guests in all matters but unfortunately we cannot make all the guests happy. There is no air conditioning in our hotel is clearly written everywhere, and you will not find air conditioning. Unfortunately, it is forbidden to put air conditioning in cave rooms and this is the rule brought by the state. There is absolutely no air conditioning in the cave rooms. There are 2 issues that we give the most important in our hotel and cleanliness and high-quality service. We have definitely adopted these two ideas together with all our team members. We try to make all our guests feel at home in our facility. We are fully open to criticism and want to see our mistakes. If you come to Cappadocia again, we definitely want to welcome you again. This hotel is completely fraud.The rooms are not at all as advertised.I booked a delux room on the website and the room they gave us was shabby and dirty and dingy and tiny.When we complained they said we can give you the room exactly like in pictures you are seeing online at time of booking but you will have to pay us more.We refused to pay and complained to cheaptickets and got our refund through cheaptickets.I had to attach and send the pictures of the actual room and even the supervisor couldn’t believe how bad the room is and immediately processed the refund.The manager and the staff are absolute frauds and rude.I would highly advise against staying at this hotel.However they did have an amazing spread of breakfast.Very impressive.

NIce Cosy Place
nice attentive and ever pleasing staff; little bit of issue with the lights (one switch controls all the lights) so can't leave one individual light on; They prepared good simple vegetarian food for us; Just that we did not know how "cave tech" works in heating the flooring and the whole place; Stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time; there is a nice castle just a stones throw away from the hotel; Wifi can be a little bit challenging ...... but anyway its the caves...we are living in
