Make sure to go early to obtain tickets for the tour. I went at 9am for my ticket at 12.30. Visited the capitol as i waited which was also a great experience with 360 views of Denver.

We’re not really B&B people because we just want a place to sleep. But this experience may have changed my mind. The Patterson architecture was awesome, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We arrived an hour early and the helpful staff were able to get us in our room right away. I would stay here again!

Our room was dated and not that clean! We coughed the entire stay, so animals had been in the room. You pay to be downtown Denver! Floors were dirty.
The staff is what makes this place a 5 star, however dog friendly rooms are not good for people with allergies and asthma.
There is turnover in the places to eat inside the Dairy block with new restaurants coming in the area.

Love all the free drinks and ride to our concert, however we had to wait a very long time to get into our room and then we could not get back into the hotel easily when we arrived back at union station. The rooms are nice, but it feels very disjointed and was very expensive so expected more.

Double check their schedule by calling. There were closed down for tours for 2 weeks and did not reflect this closure on line. We traveled there and could only see the gift shop.

The tours are limited and fill up fast. My husband went first thing in the morning and the tours were already filled up and he was not able to take the tour.
