Casual & Cozy
Very clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. Lots of space with separate bedroom and kitchen. TVs in the living room and bedroom were nice. Parking right out front of the apartment and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. It's perfect for longer stays with plenty of room.

Fine place to stay while hiking
Property was fine. Good queen hospital bed made tv watching easy. Bath plug was missing and we bathe. I used one of their shampoo soap bars that was black. Even though I rinsed my buzz cut hair well, it left black smudges on the towel. I left a note to MGMT about the soap and suggested they remove it. Just noticed I was charged $12 for the towel. Doesn't seem right to me.

super clean apartment
Our weekend stay was comfortable, compact, and convenient. The bed was great, kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally well-supplied, the whole place was clean as a whistle and tidy. It looked like it had been thoroughly remodeled. There was plenty of floor space for mat exercises and our own stuff. Also closets and open shelf space. In all, it was simply and conveniently furnished. Well done, Lewis!

Cute little bungalow
Simple, quaint, comfortable. This was a convenient location and had everything I needed for my short stay. My only gripe, if you could call it that, was that the two pillows were quite lightweight and I prefer a more dense shape. Despite that I slept like a rock in the comfy bed! Would love to come back!

Ultra clean-cute-quirky
Absolutely spotless, quirky mid-century touches, kind of like the TV show The Jetsons, loved the peace sign pillow. Neighborhood is quiet. It was our first time visiting Tucson and experiencing Southwestern hospitality. Conveniently located near main arterials. We didn't drive much at our age, we had family who picked us up to go downtown. Walmart Market within walking distance. We had lots of communication with Lewis. The daily rental rate reflects the value. For two senior citizens pushing 70 the bed was very comfortable. We left coffee filters for the next guests :) as well as a helpful suggestion for house rules.

Old Motel with a new coat of paint. The heater was on the roof and every time it would turn on the whole building would shake, you will not have a good night of sleep. DO NOT RENT

Nice home for a reasonable price!
The house was great! It is a spacious one bedroom duplex with a beatiful little yard. There are two tvs so you can relax and watch tv in the bedroom or living room. The fridge and stove are both full size. Theres also a coffee/tea nook that we really enjoyed. Yhe best part of this place is definitely the bed. Its an adjustable temperpedic bed with massage features. The linnens are super nice and it was the highlight of the space. Overall it was a great place for my sister and myself. Also, our host Lewis was super attentive and responsive. Overall a great experience.

It’s a very comfortable, conveniently located house. It’s small, but it worked absolutely perfectly for my husband and myself. We will stay there the next time we go to Tuscon.
