Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 25 mÂČ air-conditioned studio apartment in Les Trois-Îlets is less than one kilometre from the beach and which can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 mÂČ living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 20 mÂČ living room with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC

The studio is ideally located in Les Trois-Îlets, in a very pleasant environment, 30 metres from the Creole village with shops, restaurants, launderette 7/7 days, bakery, pharmacy...

- Diving, hotel registration, boat tours, cane museum, slave savannah museum, Empress Josephine museum, casino, departmental golf course...
- Pointe du bout municipal beach 150 metres away, beach access at nearby hotels from 50 metres to 300 metres.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free municipal car park 30 metres from the studio.

- River shuttle from the marina 300 metres away to Fort de France, a 35-minute crossing. TCSP (exclusive right-of-way public transport) from the airport to Fort de France, then the Pointe du Bout Trois Ilets shuttle bus, which runs until 10pm.
- Airport 30 km away

Studio 202 - Allamanda Le logement prĂ©sente quelques inconvĂ©nients dont plusieurs peuvent ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s : environnement urbain bruyant la nuit, unique fenĂȘtre hermĂ©tiquement fermĂ©e Ă  clĂ© (jalousies uniquement) alors que la photo de l'annonce montre une fenĂȘtre totalement ouverte; literie dans laquelle on s'enfonce comme dans une chaise longue; difficultĂ© de communication avec l'agence qui renvoie systĂ©matiquement Ă  une conciergerie et force ainsi Ă  communiquer hors Airbnb. Il y a eu de l'attente Ă  l'arrivĂ©e (une heure) et une ponctualitĂ© satisfaisante au dĂ©part. Les points forts : il est en excellent Ă©tat, bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre, trĂšs haut de plafond, au dernier Ă©tage, tranquille dans la journĂ©e et trĂšs bien placĂ© gĂ©ographiquement. Nous avons cherchĂ© trĂšs longtemps. L’arrivĂ©e n’était pas super, car nous avons beaucoup cherchĂ© et personne ne s’était prĂ©sentĂ© Ă  l’heure prĂ©vu, mais aprĂšs un coup de tĂ©lĂ©phone, nous avons eu quelqu’un rapidement, trĂšs sympathique! Cependant, nous avons trouvĂ© qu’il manquait de commoditĂ© tel que mouchoir, serviette, essuie-vaisselle, etc. ProblĂšme rĂ©glĂ© une fois le problĂšme mentionnĂ© au propriĂ©taire. Au niveau de la literie, seulement un petit drap
 pas suffisant Ă  mon avis. Niveau propretĂ©, c’était trĂšs bien, l’espace est trĂšs bien aussi pour un couple, salle de bain trĂšs propre. Studio 202 - Allamanda Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans le logement. J’ai beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accueil de Cathy et David ainsi que leur rĂ©activitĂ© et leur flexibilitĂ©. Le logement est situĂ© Ă  5min Ă  peine de la plage et des commerces (boulangeries, boutiques, restaurants) et il y a un parking public Ă  proximitĂ©. Je recommande !
