In a beautiful place in the green between Rome and Tuscia on Lake Bracciano inside the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano Martignano.

The residence enjoys a privileged position to reach by bike (we are at the beginning of the cycle path) and / or on foot the sailing clubs for mooring the sailboat or the beaches for swimming.
It is located in front of a cotral stop, being directly connected with the fm3 railway station of Anguillara (10km), Rome (35km), Bracciano (13km) and Viterbo (50)

It is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility and silence, in the company of migratory birds and the reflections of the setting sun. Starting point for countless excursions in the heart of Tuscia (Bolsena, Cerveteri, Tuscania etc.) and for walks and trekking in the surrounding woods. The lake, a few minutes' walk away, offers equipped or free beaches, boat trips, sailing and canoeing courses. The long lake is full of restaurants where you can taste the typical local cuisine

inacceptable,inconcevable,désagréable

maison a 1metre de la route avec passage incessant de voiture et de camion ,travaux pendant 2 semaines tout les jour avec du bruit , souris dans la maison,electrcité defaillant,4 chiens de la propriétaire qui aboyent toutes les nuits, 2 semaines sans vider les poubelles dehors , le seul point positif .. le lac a proximité
