Our hotel room was really cute & nice, but a bit dusty. We liked that the Tsukiji Outer Market & Family Mart was right around the corner, less than a minute walk. The main Tsukiji station was a little more of a walk than I would’ve preferred, about 20 minutes for me as I walk with a limp but may be fine to most. Their onsen does not allow tattoos, just to put that information out there! I would say perfect hotel for a couple or friends. Did not see any children or large families.

If you don’t mind the walk it’s pretty close to Ginzaz overall the area was great and really amazing with the pricing. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything needed. The room cleanliness is remarkable.

Great Find Hotel
Great location, clean rooms, spacious spa (Japanese style) , good Japanese breakfast and lounge with many books and interactive tourist resource map this hotel make exceptional. The only regret is room size :not enough space open my suitcase case without extra bed that makes felling very small for international tourists. Breakfast offers lots of great Japanese breakfast items (even a little bits of sashimi), chinese porridge with toppings and western items. The muffins are excellent but croissant is not great. The tour guide at lounge was very helpful to find the Tsukiji Outer Market gems. Locally is the real star of this hotel as it located outer edge of the Tsukiji Outer Market, in front of famous Shrine, Kachidoki-bashi to view Sumida-River banks with new high rises. Great base for tourists! Will come back!

The staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel was very organized and clean. Every time I come back to the hotel. My room was always clean with refills of water and my close were folded. A 5 star service. Onsen was awesome as well. Can’t wait to stay there again on my next visit to Japan.

Right in the middle of Tsukiji market with a ton of food options around. Found one of my favorite coffee shop next door (kunisuke coffee). Not the closest to a subway or jr line operated train but it’s a great spot to stay

It was a new hotel so the facility and cleanliness was excellent but the staff were undertrained and uniformed. They weren’t familiar with nearby surroundings and their response was also sometimes unprofessional.

Really wish it wasn't like this.
The room was great, didn't get to check out the spa, my stay was completely compromised by the wifi in the building being out for 2 days, and then I guess it was a holiday weekend + the surrounding coffee shops close at 8pm. This required me to spend lots of additional time finding a new place to work from, as well as cost traveling, setting up, breaking down and coming back. I had my assistant with me who again, wasn't able to work without internet. Beyond this issue, while my room was booked with 2 beds, they tried to charge additional fees per night seeing I had my assistant with me, who I said would only be staying with me for 1 night until she can get into her hotel at 3pm. After some back and forth, they looked me up and then changed their tone and waived the fee (as an exception) for the other person being with me. Which is pretty ridiculous considering if I had just gotten my key and gone upstairs with her, we wouldn't of even had the conversation nor incurred additional fees. It felt kinda like extortion given at that hour there was nowhere else to go. Outside of these complications everything was fine, comfortable, clean, nicely lit, several sockets (had to go buy adapters) nice lounge area, didnt' get to see or use the spa on site bc I had to leave to work elsewhere for internet access. It really ruined our stay, and I hope to be refunded entirely. I will give it another shot on my next trip.

This was a great hotel to stay in right on the door step of Tsukiji market and a 5 minute walk to the nearest station. Once the market closes the street the hotel is on becomes nice and quiet, across from the hotel is nice coffee shop and next to the hotel is a Family Mart in case you need a quick snack.
