The hotel is located in a nice area, easy walk to all of the stations. Lots of temples within a five minutes walk. Great shopping and eating close by. The hotel is modern, good sized rooms and has excellent service. The view from the roof is really good.

The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast menu was not good. Only six items on the menue. Very disappointing. Would expect more from a hotel that caters to international travelers. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean, very convenient, lots of dining options, modern, good sized bathroom, shower pressure was excellent! The roof top terrace was a good addition. The free rental bikes was very nice too!

Clean hotel with good breakfast option. The staff speaks good English which is the plus! Close to the tourist area which is walkable! Only downside is not as close to subway as you had to pass a long tourist areas before you get to subway hard to do with luggage! Room is small as expected!

Check-in and out processes were seamless. The staff was helpful regarding my slight luggage issue. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The location is also really convenient as it is only minutes away from Sensoji temple. I'm sad I didn't get the chance to visit the roof-top balcony so I plan on visiting again!

Comfy and good location
We were happy with the location as had stayed in the area before - about 10 mins walk from the station but very close to the main restaurant and shops as well as Sensoji. Area was nice and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and well laid out. Rooftop terrace is excellent.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Asakusa. The roof terrace is amazing and has amazing views day and night. The room is quite small, as is typical for Tokyo, but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, a comfortable stay, Tokyo sky tree can be seen out of my window. It’s a little far from the subway station for those with multiple baggage. There was an incident of a drunkard man persistently knocking on our door in the wee hours. Called the reception but was received by a staff who could spoke minimal English and needed transferred the line. Thankfully, there was another staff was could understand our panic and came to resolve our problem.

The hotel was too disorganized during the checking process, so I was there waiting for them to figure it out for about 40 minutes. The rooms were super small, but at least it was clean. Also amazing view from the rooftop. Overall it was an okay stay but I would probably rather experience a different hotel next time.

The hotel has the potential to be awesome, but the staff is rude and their policies are stupid. Automatic charges for even a 5 minute late check out and a total refusal to accommodate early check in are just idiotic. 1000 yen to get into your room 1 whole hour early is goofy when it's 35 degrees outside and the room has been cleaned and empty for several hours already. The rooftop view is astounding. The rooms are incredibly small but functional.

Great Hotel
The concierge was very helpful in setting up our luggage delivery. Umbrellas were available for use. The rooftop terrace has a great view of the Skytree tower and of the city. We enjoyed hanging out on the terrace every night. It was a nice way to end the day.

Good hotel in a great location - would stay again
Friendly, helpful staff. In a great location (5 minutes from the Senso-ji Temple) with lots to see and do nearby. Twin room was nice and large with really comfortable beds. Whilst the breakfast was good the choice is limited if staying for multiple nights.

The solo rooms are kinda small but it cozy. The bed is really comfortable and big (double bed room). The bathroom is also nice. Can't go wrong with this hotel, you also get a 3 min walk to the Senso ji temple, so if you are craving some combini food late at night, just go and eat it while sitting at the senso ji stairs. 10/10 hotel.

It was a great hotel in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to public transportation. This allowed us to easily travel throughout Tokyo. The immediate area had delicious restaurants and beautiful sites.
