Had an excellent stay here! Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area of Akihabara with a convenience store very close by. Train station is around 10 minutes walk away as well!

Great place to stay in Tokyo. Room was big enough for 3 people with 3 big suitcases. Walkable to/from Akihabara Station. We didn’t have breakfast there but there was a lovely French bakery by Akihabara Station that I recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got clean pyjamas from them everyday. Would stay again if we ever went back.

The staff were very accommodating and tried her best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the station, not the closest but still walkable. There are plenty of food options around the area.

Family of 5 - easy to get joining rooms. Rooms were small and snug but that’s what I expected for this area. 10 minute walk to stations. Family Mart out the door and Life Supermarket a couple of blocks away. Didn’t try breakfast as kids fussy.

Enjoyed this hotel, there’s a Yamato transport right beside the building which is very convenient for luggage transportation(use if you don’t wanna deal with your luggage from destination to destination). Everything is walking distance in Akihabara and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. Great view and would consider staying again if I ever come back to Akihabara!

Superior staff!! Many understood/spoke English. The rooms were typical in size for Tokyo, cute coffee shop. The location was awesome! Close to many convenience stores, Family Mart steps away for luggage service. Train stations so close by! Umeyoko shopping district easy walk (with two toddlers in tow!). I would absolutely stay here again.

we absolutely loved our stay at the Tourist. check in was easy, and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. we were a group of 4 friends and booked the connecting rooms. we had the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and luggage. the bathrooms were quite spacious and very clean. the area was great for us! about an 8 minute walk from akihabara station, with multiple convenience stores nearby. great access to the rest of tokyo and plenty to do, shop, and eat nearby! akihabara is a busy and lively area but the hotel is nesteled just a 10 minute walk from the action providing a quiet hotel experience. the free coffee in the morning is a cherry on top! honestly a great hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff and cleaning every 3 days where conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand and body towels, trash, comforters and sheets are replaced. They also restock the fridge with water which is very nice. Also very nice it’s included with a washer dryer (which you have to pay for but it’s not bad).

I appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage there prior to check in and after checking out. Staff was very helpful and spoke English well. You will pay the tax upon check in. There is a set breakfast to choose from. The room was very clean with enough room to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Family Mart is just outside and the hotel was walking distance to the main part of Akihabara. Great stay here.

We loved staying at the Tourist Hotel Akihabara! The room had bunk beds for my two sons and two beds for my husband and myself. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The best part was the breakfast that I would look forward to every morning! I will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Overall the hotel is great. The room size is good and uses efficient use of space. What I didn’t like is that it is cleaned every 3 days and we had to put our trash and towels outside our door each day. I only object since nowhere in the property information or booking process was this mentioned. None of the other 5 hotels we stayed at did this (and some were cheaper).

The staff was very nice & clean. they exchange towels & PJs daily, just put in baskets outside your door. Breakfast was good, but it is same two options everyday. No dressers and not enough space to put clothes while staying there, though.

The hotel is not too far away from Akihabara station. It is easy to get around. The hotel is new and spacious for our family, 5 people, to stay. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious. The staff is helpful and kind.

I opted for the 4-bed room at this hotel since the 3-bed rooms were fully booked. The room, featuring 2 super single beds and 1 bunk bed, was clean and well-maintained. Basic necessities were conveniently available in the lobby. Keep in mind, if you stay less than 3 nights, there won't be room cleaning services, but you can leave towels and pajamas outside your room each morning for replacement. Overall, a comfortable stay with practical amenities. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary basic coffee at the cafe upon request. However, it's worth noting that if you prefer a latte, there is a charge for that. The availability of complimentary coffee adds a nice touch for guests seeking a quick caffeine fix.

Family stay with free coffee everyday
Few mins walk from Akihabara station and it located at quiet neighbourhood. All amenities can be found around the hotel including artisan stores. Laundry room and free coffee every day. The coffee is genuinely nice, not some cheap 3in1 coffee Whole development is nicely designed with very cozy ambiance. Luggage forwarding can be done from family mart across the street.

Walking distance to a lot in Akihabara. Like most rooms in Japan the rooms are cozy without a closet or a dresser to unpack into but the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great find in Akihabara
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was on the smaller side and the mattresses basic, but the pajamas were comfy and the location was a short~ish walk from all the action we were looking for in Akihabara.

Friendly staff and clean. Check in and out process was extremely easy via self check out. Love the location it’s 2 blocks away from akihabara station. If you’re into anime, video games and toys definitely stay here! Very convenient family mart next to hotel and a bigger grocery store down the street too

The area was a good walkable distance to the train station, quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room were cleaned every 3 days, the beds/mattress was just right for us not too soft nor too hard,very nice bathroom and shower area, you can request clean sets of pjs and towels everyday, there’s unlimited supplies of toiletries available in the lobby. They have free coffee in the lobby upon request. I would recommend this place and even stay here again.
