Breakfast was beyond my expectation. Salad every morning, hot baked pastries, at least one surprise a day. Overall the best 5-days stay breakfast experience, and I had got many 4/5 starts hotels and resorts in my life. The size of the room was small, but I only paid $120 CDN for the two of us. It isn't located within the Tokyo public subway area, so we paid a little bit extra for another subway line. The hotel is within 3 min to the station, and many good restaurants and shopping within 2-10 min walk. The staff were great. Its public bath was wonderful and clean. If I remembered correctly the self-laundry was free. The free cocktail hours and the fact that they allow you to use the area for eating take out dinners was the best part.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It’s very close to train station, hotel is relatively new and filled with amenities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. Arigatougozaimasu!

1.Near JR Akabane. Walking around 4 mins from 赤羽南门口。 2.Hotel included everyday 6-9pm free drink included some cocktail alcohol. 3.Got Onsen inside. 4.got free facemasks 5. Washing machine 200yen..but dryer is free... Need improves Room cleaniness. Alot dusts on table and aircond filter

Good value for the money!
Everything from the happy hour to the food at breakfast was very well done. I didn't get to use the bath house but I did notice a lot of other customers were taking advantage of it.

The bathroom is pretty small but that's expected in most Japan hotels. It's one of the few hotels that have beds for 4 people. The location is excellent near train station and restaurants plus the price is unbeatable.

It was a great stay. Free breakfast, and welcome bar every evening. The bath house was a fun experience for the family. 2 min walk from the JR station. Super convenient.

We have a great experience. We booked initially 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and later requested 2 rooms and got the upgrade. The buffet breakfast is very rich with lot of options, delicious and healthy food including miso soup. Train stations are very close. Many restaurants, family Mart and 7 Eleven around. Ibsen and great laundry area.

First time in Tokyo
The hotel has a convenient location, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. The room was small compared to American style but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Also, they offer free refreshment beverages from 6-9 pm which was good for this hot season.

Hot Spring Bath is the most amazing

All but convenience, reasonably priced hotel. Akabane has easy public transit access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno and Tokyo. Free breakfast buffet has great freshly baked pastries and western and Japanese breakfast. Free alcohol in the evening.

Akabane is known for drinking places and this hotel is a great place to stay if you plan to visit many of them. The actual location is near a kind-of seedy area but you can easily detour around it. The hotel is small and the spaces kind of tight but the bath area is a nice place to clean up and relax if you don't mind doing it with other people (separate men and women). The free morning buffet is quite good, fresh baked croissants, pain au chocolat and asian and western dishes. Free all youcan pour cocktails and wine at night. All for very reasonable cost

The room we had was an as advertised 129sqft. Small by western standards, but workable for two travelers. The location near the south gate of Akabane was really convenient. For a friendly and authentic experience, check out the standing Izakaya that is just across the side street from the hotel.

赤羽駅から徒歩で本当にすぐの場所なのですが、ホテル向かいのスナック？ガールズバー？の呼び込みのおじさん達がたむろしていて、その前を通り過ぎないとホテル入り口に入れないので、とても嫌な気分になりました。 (小学生の子連れだったので、とくに) が、館内に入った途端、癒しの香りに包まれて、受付の男性スタッフの対応もとても感じが良かったのでその嫌な気持ちも一瞬で吹き飛びました。 部屋は確かにとても狭かったのですが、子どもと2人で寝るには十分でした。 大浴場も狭くて、使えるシャワーも少ないのですが、部屋のテレビで混雑状況がわかるのでたいして不便は感じませんでした。 大浴場のドライヤーが、客室内のものと同じだったのでせめて大浴場だけでもパワーのあるドライヤーにして欲しいです。 また、外国人の方が、身体を洗わずに真っ先に浴槽に浸かっていたので、使い方などをわかりやすく英語、中国語、韓国語等で記載していただきたいです。 室内には、ラゲージラックが置いていませんでしたが、フロントに相談すると「在庫があるのでお持ちします」と快く部屋まで持ってきていただけたので助かりました。 朝食のバイキングも、十分量ありました。品数がコンパクトなだけに、長蛇の列もすぐに解消されて回転が早いように感じました。 欲をいえば、フリードリンクのバータイムを21:00→22:00に伸ばしほしいです。 総じて、快適に過ごせました。子連れでも、大浴場に入れてホテル内でさっと朝食を済ませられるのはなかなかの高評価点だと思います！
