The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from Akebonobashi station. Check in at 3pm, not before. Rooms were clean and of a good size for Japan. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was efficiently laid out for its size. Despite being a non-smoking room, I think the shower curtain was retaining a cigarette smell, so the bathroom always had a faint scent of it. Hotel is close to transportation and it's a really fun area to walk around and see a bit of normal life or find new restaurants.

Note that this is a business hotel, which means it's not big. It's a good choice if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. Walkable location to both Chiyoda and Shinjuku, find myself walking more than taking transportation. Akebono-bashi station is just right there, very convenient. Note that the station does not have escalator or elevator coming out of the exit, good luck with your luggages.

Nice hotel in a good location, fairly close to the subway station and only 2 stops from Shinjuku. The street is fairly quiet with very little street noise at night. Front desk staff are helpful and efficient. We were able to send our suitcases to the hotel from our previous destination with no problem. Hotel will also keep your luggage after you check out.

The pictures of the rooms give a false impression.
The room I booked for 2 people looked like it had plenty of space according to the photos. The room we were given did not even have any room on the floor to place and open a suitcase. We went back to reception to ask for a larger room and showed them the photos of the room we were expecting. They came up with us to look at the room and changed it for us to one that had three single beds in it so we had some space for our bags. The bathroom was very small but that was to be expected. The people of the reception desk were always helpful and most were able to speak English. The breakfast buffet isn't actually a buffet - they bring a plate of salad, meats, scrambled egg. and a few slices of fruit. The area around the hotel has a good selection of restaurants and small supermarkets. It is a short walk to the local train station.

Excellent location about a mile away from the popular Shinjuku area. Akebonobashi station is up the block. Great staff, tons of food places nearby. This is a good location if you want to be close to the party area but in a calm part of Shinjuku.

Humble but amazing place to stay. Even staff are not really speaking english but communicate well. Hotel is clean, your needs are provided, and is situated in a quiet area but shops and restaurants are just a few step away. Highly recommended!

Very quiet street. Good staff and overall hotel. Only minus is breakfast isn’t that great. Rooms are small which normal in Japan but bathrooms are clean and towels are good quality. Also love the water pressure. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Few restaurants and stores nearby definitely helps

A beautiful Pearl!
I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Tokyo. The check-in process is smooth, it's in a convenient location, and the rooms are always immaculate! The Wi-Fi is very good and there are many good restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Very nice hotel
This a very nice hotel to stay in. The area was great on a nice small road with almost no traffic. There is numerous restaurants nearby with convenience stores.It was close to the subway station. The hotel provides a nice breakfast. I have nothing to complain about and would recommend this hotel.

Economy Double Room, Non Smoking. Clean, simple and conveniently located near Akebonobashi Station. Plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are really clean and spacious enough for 2 large (140cm) luggage bags. Floor real estate is usually an issue for hotels in Tokyo, but Pearl Hotel was rather spacious. Staff were attentive and helpful. Recommend.

Great location. 5 mins walk to station And 2 stops to Shinjuku station which will take you anywhere. Staff are very friendly and the room is quite spacious comparing to other typical Tokyo hotels. Most importantly there are so many restaurants and supermarkets nearby that we were having difficulty choosing for dinner😂

The hotel staff is great. However, the hotel restaurant manager (young guy) was unnecessary rude and condescending. Very bad experience. I would never consider staying there again just because of the experience I had in the restaurant.

Lovely place to stay
Beautiful place all around. The streets were very walkable. Very safe feeling. Nice little neighborhood. Good food options nearby. Coin laundry that is close by as well. Wish we could have stayed here longer.

I stayed in multiple starred hotels .There are two type of restaurant,one who are 3/4/5 star and one who are aiming above ,their current stars,this is one of them,rooms are typically same as you are going to get in any other hotel maybe bigger,in house breakfast is a 10/10 just the hours for breakfast should increase and dining option should be an option

The place was very clean and the staff were accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast promo which we got for staying at least 5 nights. The location is good too.
