Very very poor and unsatisfactory employee treatment. Very rude and unproffesional employee . She said her name is FAITH come to find out she was lying. Her name is Thu Nar very rude does not deserve to work in a customer service environment. She should not have any customer service facing job. She should be in the back office. She was the one that checked me in on May 12 in the evening.

Smelt like cigarettes, bathroom door was bent and didn’t shut, sheets seemed dirty when I arrived (eyelashes on the sheets and pillows). Floors were dirty. Unable to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Last minute trip and didn’t have much choices first time using this hotel chain. It was about a 10-15 walk from shinjuku station and the JR Yamamote line. It there was one of the subway lines and the shinjuku higashi station right on the same street. Room was small like most Japan hotels, was good for the weekend trip to Tokyo.

Very poor hotel, unhelpful staff, Didnt clean room. Room dark and depressing, wouldnt store bags so had to walk around town with bags. So many better choices. Avoid this hotel

Not the hotel you want!
Everything was dirty. The shower was clogged, the sink was clogged, the surfaces in the room were all dirty, the microwave was dirty and smelly, the laundry machines were terrible and made your clothes worse as well as took over 2 hours to complete, all the mirrors had not been cleaned, so on so forth.

Would not book this place for a long stay. In terms of cleanliness the doona cover was stained, the carpets were stained, there was a weird smell in the hallway, a windy noise coming from the door when in the room. Check in was self serve and only one room card provided for two people.

Room was very dirty, old contacts were left on the desk, lots of rubbish under the bed. No shower curtain in the shower so the whole bathroom got very wet.

This hotel is very dirty. The ratings on Expedia are far too high for what the property provides. My room clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The carpet had noticable dirt and hair everywhere. I needed to wear sandals in my room at all times. The shower curtain had mold on it. Very gross. The air conditioning unit in my room was dirty with visible dust buildup. It obviously didn't work.

The room we got had mold in the bathroom and the ventilation system (mainly the air conditioning). Can can actually see the mold when turning on the air conditioner and the vent flap opens.

Worse hotel. Do not stay here.
This is the worse hotel we stayed in. It’s dirty and gross. Stain on carpets and walls. Room smells like smokes. After midnight, there was no one at the counter. We could not stay and had to book another hotel.

Was charged 1000yen although was there to check out az 10:30am. According to Expedia 11am is checkout time. Worst of all, did not give us enough toilet paper. I was asking nicely even after being made to pay extra, but NO TOILET PAPER!

There were several pieces of trash under the bed, it was clear this part of the room had not been cleaned in a long time. The toilet/shower area smelled like mold/sewage during our entire stay.

Staff did not seem to care much when they talked to me. The hotel looks nice on the outside but the hallways and room were rather dirty. The hallways were always filled with garbage bags, although I paid for room service I did not get it.

Amazing Stay!
Room is large enough for 3 of us. Near the subway, walking distance to restaurants, 20 mins walk to Isetan and Shinjuku Tokyo station. Front desk staff are very polite and nice. Stayed for 7 nights. Will definitely stay again.

予約した後に口コミを見てしまい、心配になりました。フロントの方は愛想良く対応いただきました。しかし、浴室に髪の毛が落ちていたり、新品ではなく使い終わった歯ブラシが置いてあり、タオルもかなり使い古された質感でした。 過去一で清潔感に欠けるホテルでした。 寝るだけならいいと思いますが、費用払ってこれはありえないですね。
