This hotel is 1 minute walk from the subway entrance. The large public bath (hot spring) was great and the amenities (hair products, soaps, etc.) was perfect. The breakfast was not a large scale, but the quality of food was very nice. The only issue, which can't not be avoided in any large cities like Tokyo, was that the room (with 2 beds) was very small. If you sleep in the bed further from the entrance, there is no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without stepping on the mattress of your roommate. This won't be an issue if you have a room to yourself. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will do it again with no hesitations.

I've stayed at this hotel probably 8 times now, and I keep coming back. It's all about the onsen (spa). It's just a great experience, both morning & night. The breakfast is good, too; and so is the option for late night noodles. I hadn't stayed here since the pandemic, and now they have free ice cream! Just a great little spot in Tokyo. Not luxurious, but who cares about that with an onsen right in the hotel!

Excellent service but tiny room
Liked the large spa bath, sauna and services such as soft drinks offered, ice candies, ramen noodles at night. Excellent breakfast, including sushi. A short walk from the nearby train station and a convenient location to Ginza district. The only con was the room was VERY small and did not have any room to spread out personal items.

This is a perfect property for well seasoned travelers who are comfortable with Japanese culture and getting by without English. Rooms are minuscule but absolutely sufficient for our 1 week stay, and they provide slippers and "hotel clothes" for use. The onsens and Japanese breakfast were top notch. However, if you're used to Western style living or you don't enjoy fish for breakfast, this is not the hotel for you. In fact I am loath to write a review in case the hotel gets overrun with tourists. It's a train ride away from the more touristy areas and it's in a very quiet, local business district that has few late night restaurants. But if you can get around like a local and most importantly, follow local custom in the onsen and around the hotel, you'll find this hotel is an absolute gem.

喜欢这家酒店的温泉，早餐一般但我喜欢他们的咖啡☕️，晚上有免费拉面。房间很小，但酒店靠近地铁站B4出口但没有电梯，B2出口有电梯。附近也有不错的餐厅。

My stay could not have been more perfect. I had an extremely important meeting the next day and having landed at HND that afternoon; I maneuvered to this hotel in about 40 minutes, and even with jet lag, was able to sleep like a king and grab a fantastic meal nearby (Enoteca Shin); I love this place.

Great hotel, amazing room amenities they include everything, even pajamas! Very clean. Hot springs are very relaxing. Overall great hotel and service, very clean and quiet and comfy bedding. Room is a bit too small though, 14sqm, so its just for sleeping, not for hanging out.

One important thing is that the shuttle bus which is free of charge is available at 00 and 30 min before the checkout time at 1100 to Tokyo station which is convenient to deliver us.

Typical Dormy Inn service and facility
A typical Dormy Inn kind of service and facility. Great staff and good n quiet location across the street from the metro. Rooms are small and the breakfast choices are limited compared to other Dormy Inns. The staff was very welcoming and nice, typical Tokyo hospitality. We recommend it for couples but probably not for families with children. The free hotel shuttle bus drops you off at Tokyo Station which connects you to just about anywhere including Haneda and Narita airports.

Amazing hotel with a great personality!
I loved staying here, especially since the single rooms are perfect for one person. Not too small and not too big. Only thing that was sad is they don't allow tattoos in the bath, but that's something widespread in Japan and not the fault of the hotel.

Tokyo trip.
It is a budget hotel, very clean. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. They also provide shuttle bus to Tokyo train station in the morning. We took a train from Haneda airport and get off at Hatchobori station exit B2 or B4. There is an elevator at exit B2 but quite a bit of long walk around 2 blocks, get off from the exit and turn left, you will see the hotel. Also exit B4 which is very close to the hotel but tough if you have big luggage cause no elevator, you have to walk up the stairs. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. I'll be back.
