Free breakfast was nice. Food quality was decent for Japan, wouldn't be something to pay for. Staff is friendly and nice. A little far from train or metro station (12 min walk to Akiba)

We found the staff to be amazing and super helpful. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk to the subway station. Hotel and area around was incredibly clean. We would absolutely stay there again.

Except for the small and infrequent elevators, everything else was good. Clean, quiet, easy check in, and decent location to the nearest subway station.

The facility we stayed in was incredibly clean. The staff were very kind and helpful and we're multilingual. It is about a 10 minute walk to multiple train stations. There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants within a couple of blocks. A full complimentary breakfast buffet is served in the mornings and there is coffee and tea served until midnight. We very much enjoyed our stay at the facility.

All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Room is in decent size, comfortably fit two kids and two adults in two twin beds standard room. Complimentary breakfast and they replenish food whenever they see it runs out.

This is a great little hotel for its class of hotel. It is very clean and functional. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The rooms also have a safe and a fridge. The breakfast was complementary and was excellent, a variety of food to enjoy. The hotel provides self service luggage locking area, brilliant idea.

Not close to Yamanote line and restaurants
The hotel was nice clean and decent size but the biggest drawback is the convenience in terms of proximity to commuting and restaurants. However, it did come with complimentary breakfast and its not your typical bread, eggs and juice but offer a wide range such as rice, soup, sausage, eggs, juices, different type of bread, cereal, etc. so that is a big plus since there isnt alot of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is about a 20 min or more walk to the electric town and the JR Akihabara station. It is a 5-7 min walk to the JR Bakurocho station where you can then take to go to Tokyo station and from there to all the other Yamanote stations

They only give you beds per adult and not number of people. Also, it’s not super close to a subway, you walk about 10-20 minutes depending on the line you want. The rooms were okay, but small. No laundry service and breakfast is very limited. The staff is nice.

(stayed in queen room) really liked the room, nice and clean, pretty big nice bathroom (with a bidet ofc), air conditioning and the room light was dimmable and color temprature ajustable through the little remote, said light also had a night light mode which was nice. Also nice was the air purifyer and room service which did a great job! Daily complimentary breakfasts on the lobby floor had pretty standard food but was apreciated. The veiw from my room was okay, and my one complaint was the pillows were pretty bad, maybe some people like them but they felt almost like plastic / tarp material.

Location was good. Staight ride from the airport on train. About 30 min. They servered breakfast daily. They provided pajamas, slippers, brush, toothbrush and paste, shower items. If need phone chargers, adapters, iron etc. One downside for English only speaking, no tv channels i could find that were in English. Bring a laptop or tablet

Spacious and clean room
Rooms in newly built business hotels in Tokyo are very small but rooms in this hotel is spacious. We have enjoyed staying for 3 days and will return for sure.

Comfortable and convenient
Room was very comfortable for my needs as a solo traveller. The bath tub wasgreat after a big day out exploring Tokyo. The breakfast was also very tasty and convenient. The hotel was also walking distance to a few train stations so very easy to get around the city. Being a few km out of Tokyo it was also very quiet at night.

Quiet area of Tokyo
It was very good value for Tokyo. The rooms were small but comfortable as were the beds and sleeping. The breakfast was fine. I would stay there again. They have a list of local restaurants and they proved interesting to try despite little English. People were most helpful Two things - they are quite strict on the 3:00PM check-in rule and there are three Comfort Hotels in the same general area. The first one we found proved the wrong one. The staff there gave use easy directions to find the right one.

The staff was friendly and the hotel extremely clean. Had all amenities we wanted. Air conditioning was fabulous and worked great even for us Canadians (Sometimes some hotels have AC but isn't cool enough for us, but this one was). Great location not far from Suidobashi Station (about a 10 min walk) and lots of Izakaya type food near the station as well as other food closeby in about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Nice and quiet area of the city but near a major book area Jimbocho. Easy access to the entire city of Tokyo via the rail system. Room was typically business hotel size, laundry facilities were good and everything was spotless.

Nice stay!
Enjoyed staying in this hotel, close to Akibahara - 15 min walking, and also very closed to different subway stations. Very clean, friendly service, tasty mixed Japanese-Western breakfast. They helped us to send our luggage to our next hotel - which was very convenient. (around $13 per piece) We had room with a double bed - room itself was very small, but everything you need is there, even new robe for each of us every day.
