Staff were very kind and professional. If you’re not used to plastic bead type pillows, ask the front desk for a soft pillow and they’ll bring it up to you. I will definitely come back. Cheap and simple.

Nothing wrong with this hotel other than it backs onto a motorway which may be a problem for light sleepers. Bring your earplugs.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helped in every way they could. It’s was not very comfortable to sleep as the Pillows are super hard and uncomfortable.

comfortable stay
little bit far from the JR Tokyo Station and any subway. kinda soft bed. but very near pokemon DX centre (the best in Tokyo in our opinion), and Nihombashi Takashimaya. room and toilet was kinda small but not the worst.

really luv this place as it is convenient for the transportation, there’s also one convenience store 7-11 next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the place is also very cozy. They also give u the bath salts or make you feel very relaxed after a tired day. Would definitely go to live in this hotel again!

Nice clean property, friendly & helpful staff. Gave me a map of places to eat in the area. Rooms are typical size for Tokyo Hotels. 5 min walk to Nihonbashi station & 10 min walk to Tokyo station.

About a 10min walk from Tokyo station. Tucked away so its nice and quiet. A few restaurants (late night options) within 5min radius. Staff are very kind and helpful. Lobby has tea, coffee, and water dispenser easily accessible and laundry. Rooms are small, to be expected of typical business hotel. But it met our needs in every other way. Would stay again.

Location is really great and is a 10 mins walk to Nihonbashi which is well connected to tourist attractions. The hotel rooms are small as Tokyo rooms usually are but very clean. Washing machines are located in the lobby but I didn't use them. Nice amenities including bath salts.

Absolutely amazing hotel. English speaking staff helped make my life easier as my Japanese skills aren't the best yet. Very accommodating on all aspects. Only negative would be the expensive washing & drying machines on the property. 500 yen for a small 3kg sized load of laundry is absurdly expensive by USA standards for coin operated machines. Otherwise absolutely wonderful experience.

Location was great, within walking distance from Tokyo Station. Lots of food and convenient stores around the area too. Area is very safe. Hotel service is great! We also appreciate the complimentary coffee provided at the lobby (not many hotels provide complimentary coffee especially good ones like Belken provides). Room is small but that was expected of hotels here in this city. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries needed so that was nice! I highly recommend this hotel!

A highly recommended hotel near Tokyo station
We were very impressed by the hotel location, cleanliness and high level of service. We arrived quite late in the night, but we were quickly checked in. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom is sparkling clean. Although the room is small, which is to be expected in the Tokyo area, we found it to be a very good value-for-money hotel, considering that it was so conveniently located. We took the train from Haneda Airport and arrived at the hotel within 45 minutes. The hotel is just about 8-10 min walk from Nihobashi Station. It is also very close to Tokyo main JR station, where it is connected by Shinkansen to all other parts of Japan. There is no breakfast served at the hotel, but you can have coffee all day long at the lobby coffee machine for free. A very highly recommended hotel for those who would like to stay near Tokyo station for its convenience at a very reasonable price.
