This location has horrible customer service. There is a host who worked the desk on 5/21:24 ar 11pm and she was extremely rude. I came into the lobby with my friend who was also staying at the hotel and we grabbed some waters and drinks from the refrigerator that was in the lobby area. We both returned to the hostess desk to pay for the items. The host did not acknowledge myself or my friend as we were standing in front of the desk. She was having a personal conversation with a colleague until I said “Hello l, how are you?” She ignored my greeting and responded with “Is this being charged to the room, are you paying for it? What are we doing?” She made that statement in a rude demeaning way” and I said we are paying for it. My friend asked me to double check our key card to make sure it works because it was previously deactivated. I told her that she can ask the host because she’s rude. The host said “I am not rude” my response was, “You are”, she responded with that your personal opinion and I don’t have time for this” I refuse to continue to come back to a place where staff members talk to guests in a rude manner. I am a paying guest who works for the money that’s earned and I refuse to be disrespected by hotel staff members. If you value customer service, I would not stay at this hotel AT ALL!

There was loud inconsiderate people staying in a room near us. Could not sleep,called down at 3am and I think there were several calls reporting this. We had a dance convention. Next time maybe you should ask the reason for your stay and group the people together. The people staying for a banquet were loud! Horrible night, wish I stayed home and drove back for the dance convention

I love the layout of the hotel and the restaurant connected to it. However they gave my room up because I didn’t check in within the proper time (even though I called the property and they told me it was fine and would let the evening staff know.) In addition I got stuck on the elevator for 5 minutes and it brought me to the wrong floor.

Property is attached to Tinley Park Convention center. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is ok. No lunch, only breakfast and dinner. Junk food snacks in lobby to purchase. Power bars or granola bars and maybe yogurt would be good added.

We enjoyed the modern bright decor in the room. The added touch of a few workout tools in the room was thoughtful and accommodating for those of us who like privacy when doing so. Lots of restaurants near by and the staff was kind and helpful. Our only complaints were that the yoga mat in the room was dirty when I rolled it out and the corner of the bathroom mirror was broken off. It wasn't a huge crack but it was enough to notice. Overall, we had a relaxing experience and would book here again on future trips.
