We are an economical Accor hotel so our breakfast complies with the standards of our chain. for 8.90 euros by peronn our continental buffet has lot of choice . Cher Mr Guth , nous attendions votre retour avec impatience puisque vous vous êtes permis de hurler sur notre personnel et de l'agresser verbalement ;non content de faire une réservation en omettant de déclarer un enfant . Nous vous avons proposez une solution que vous avez refuser. Nos chambres triple sont comme leurs noms l'indiquent pour 3 et non 4 personnes ainsi sont faites les consignes de sécurité incendie. Un couchage est nécessaire par personne et un bébé de 1 ans est une personne. Aucun de nos collaborateurs n'aurait réagi autrement que la réceptionniste que vous avez rudoyez. Nous vous souhaitons de trouver un hébergement vous convenant mieux dans le futur et nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. cordialement
