The property was under construction and too many inconveniences like the elevator not working. The staff was ok but the area seemed unsafe do to there being many homeless people at the parking lot where you need to pay in the day/night

This hotel is perfect for family vacations and quick getaways. The only issue I had is the keys are easily deactivated. I mean I had to go to the front desk more than 5 times; which is super inconvenient when you are at your room door. Overall, I will go back with my family.

Jul 20, 2019Make reservations at least 1 day in advance, tours fill up fast. Very family friendly tours with handicap accessibility and accommodations. Highly recommend if you're visiting the Keys!
