Thank you for your review Katy, and thank you for the compliments. I know you had a wonderful time after speaking and conversing with you during your stay. I was glad that Stuart was able to arrange some memorable activities for you all, and that both he and I were able to help when you needed it. Firstly, we apologise profusely for any unclean cutlery and plates. These are usually checked and re-cleaned between each stay and we are sorry that this was missed. For this I fully accept the deduction of one star from our consistent five stars. I do wish you would have let me know at the time though - we would have corrected it immediately. Regarding the Welcome Pack and condiments; I felt as a group of ladies coming for a break away it might be more appropriate to leave two bottles of good Cava for you instead of the usual pack of milk, bread, butter, juice and other essentials. I know the Cava was enjoyed and for that I am glad. There is always coffee, tea, sugar, a 5L bottle of water, and also condiments - all away in cupboards and drawers. I have asked our team to ensure at least the salt and pepper is visible, and we have decided to buy smaller bottles of water to go in the fridge so that it is more obvious. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, however it is a shame you didn't bring these points up when we spoke early on during your stay. We would have corrected any wrongs, and directed you to where you could find what you needed. It was also a shame that you chose not to respect our House Rules by causing so much noise (more than one day I'm afraid). As described in our listing and Rental Agreement it is a quiet neighbourhood. Our lovely neighbours were quite disturbed to the point of contacting me personally. It was a risk for me to accept your group booking, but you assured me you were not rowdy. By all accounts it seems that you were, and I was very patient. Perhaps Villa Zamora is not for you in future.

Dearest Ann! I am so glad you enjoyed your well deserved stay at Zamora and were able to share it with family and friends. We were very happy to prepare for each of your guests to ensure they too were comfortable. The great thing about the location is the proximity to conveniences, such as the small supermarket, bars and hairdressers, yet away from the crowds - and peaceful too. We enjoy the stroll into town to the beach... or the market on a Friday - but when Summer is at its hottest, a car would be ideal to save carrying back your shopping!. However, just a short walk away, you may have noticed the little car hire company - I found their rates very competitive and SO convenient to be so close... Dear Andy and Family, What can I say? (apart from huge apologies for the late response! though we have conversed privately). Thank you for such a wonderful review! You were the perfect guests.. and I LOVED the video you sent me. I could tell you were enjoying your time at Zamora. The towels were carefully chosen as I know we all like to pamper ourselves while on holiday. Larger than usual and great quality. And of course the facilities and equipment should be just as you have at your own home. I apologise for the 4 other foldable sun loungers. A previous guest had unfortunately broken the others so I had to replace very quickly.
