It was Good, beds comfortable good breakfast! Quiet, close to everything, pool & spa. Lobby is a bit run down; needs paint& new Rugs Breakfast Potatoes are “Terrible” dry yucky Everyday ( please change to Hash Browns) There was No, body wash, Shampoo or bar soap! They were completely OUT !!

Property is under renovation, which it needs. Unfortunately this information is not shared with the consumer ahead of time or during check-in. To make matters worse my suite shared a wall, against the head board with a room that was being renovated. That meant hammers and drills sounding like they were coming through the wall above my bed. Construction even started on a Saturday before 9am. The staff was helpful with getting me a discount but could not move me to another room since they were fully occupied that weekend.

Obviously an older hotel but the staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful. Very convenient to the freeway, and fast food is nearby parking lot as well lit. Overall, a good experience and a reasonable rate.

Clean rooms, friendly people and easy for our pets to travel with us. The parking was limited and pets not allowed to use grassy areas on the property. Had to walk down to the busy street. That said, it was an overall good experience.

Great location. Free breakfast. Close to Old Town Temecula. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed. I won’t stay there again due to the beds.

The hotel was very close to downtown Old Town Temecula and that was very convenient. Breakfast each morning was nice and hot, I love a hotel waffel. However, the pool and hot tub heaters were broken and our group had factored that into our stay for my birthday. Not being able to use them was only a slight damper. The room was spacious and relatively clean. We realized that there was an eyelash stuck to the sink and none of the girls wear them in our group.

Parking was full so we had to park in an area that wasn’t a lot. The toilet handle was installed weird so the handle’s chain kept coming off and my boyfriend kept having to fix it so it could flush.

Didn’t like the fact our room didn’t have a do not disturb sign so thank God we had the lock above the door on our the room cleaning people would have walk in on us 😑 they did open the door and my husband shouted out hello and the close the door and left.. other than that we enjoyed our time thanks

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and the shower was lukewarm all three times. I complained to the front desk and was offered no apology. Instead, all I was told was that, “When it gets busy we often run out of hot water”. Unacceptable.

The staff seemed warm and accommodating. The second night was ruined, however, when about 1:30 am, the room next to ours had some guests who decided to party for the next couple of hours. I could have called the desk, but this involved at least 6 guests in that room who were younger and looked to be ready for a fight. Luckily my wife had some earplugs. Were it not for that incident, it would have been a pleasant stay.

The only thing I was unhappy with was that no bottled water was provided and the ice bucket was wet and had no plastic bag inserts. I don’t like to drink tap water in a hotel and I didn’t find any cups for water but did find coffee cups the next morning.

The Woman at the front desk was tremendously helpful and kind to me and my wife who was feeling a bit ill. She helped us to check in early and was very generous with everything. I highly recommend this place and know that people judge a place primarily by the persons with which they interact. Hampton Inn gets perfect marks from these happy travelers.

A few things were unsettling about this hotel: we had to frequently call the front desk for items that should have been in the room: soap, towels. The pool was dirty and the hot tub unusable. One of our keys didn’t work after the first day. The smoke detector had been left exposed on the wall, with wires hanging out. When service came in, they only emptied the bathroom trash and never touched the other parts of the room. We expected more from the Hampton name.
