"Only went for a night away and a good meal, Never been before, Room was very good and immaculate. Lovely gardens near the river for use in summer. Got to say one of the best meals we have had for ages. Mushrooms and bruschetta for starters, lasagne and fajita's for mains. Gentle hint share a starter, mains huge but both wonderful and drinks well priced. Party of 24 in for a birthday meal but didn't affect our service at all. "Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."
