Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Attentive staff. We ate lunch and dinner there only once as he food from the restaurant was not very good. All in all I would stay there again and just eat out.

This hotel is set in quiet secluded area. A turn of the century property. Grand in appearance. It’s been well maintained. Unfortunately the bed we had must have been from the same period too. It was hard and horribly uncomfortable. This resulted in a poor nights sleep. There was peculiar sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Fortunately we were able to keep the window open all night. There’s a big beautiful courtyard in the front - so if you like to sleep in ask for a back facing room

This was a very pretty location ,large but a little run down . Our air condition was not working and it took 2 days before they changed us room. Rooms on the second floor where a little more updated but on the first floor needs a little TLC.

Strong sulphuric smell from spa throughout the hotel , room in dire need of updating, no room service tried to order some drinks for our room but couldn’t, bar staff nonexistent had to go to reception to get them to find bar staff before we could order, bar poorly stocked, breakfast terrible best thing was the cornflakes,outside pool closed, poor location Telese not very nice

Hotel Grand Telese has charm
We needed to change rooms due to the bathroom difficulty to shower and they charged us an additional 20 euro. The hotel was basically empty. We are repeat customers there so no reason for this type of charge. In addition my family hosted a large breakfast event there with 50 people! Not the way to treat repeat customers.

The hotel itself is beautiful. However, the rooms are small and the air conditioning does not work. Breakfast was amazing, they put out a good spread. The elevator was actually the largest of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip (which is saying a lot LOL)

Beautiful hotel with much old world character. Some areas of the hotel were under refurbishment (gym, updating a wing). Staff assistance was very good. Disappointment with room temperature during entire stay even though we asked for air conditioning to be adjusted. It never was and we slept fitfully the first night. After purchasing a fan for ourselves, we were more comfortable but not satisfied. Overall, it was a good stay and would return again.

It was a nice hotel, the grounds and setting most beautiful. We were on our way to Lecce area and it was a perfect overnight stop. Unfortunately we arrived very late and did not have the time to take advantage of the great terme in the area.

Great hotel!
This was the last and best "inexpensive" hotel we stayed at in our 7-day Italy trip. It was by far the cleanest, and best hotel of the bunch. Good breakfast, nice staff, really nice setting, comfortable beds. I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

El hotel está bien. Limpio y cómodo. El entorno es fantástico. La atención es buena. Por poner una pega la WiFi en habitación llegaba con muy baja intensidad, prácticamente a cero, que la hace prácticamente inservible. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Esperienza negativa. Camera "superior" vorrà pur dire qualcosa ed invece ci è stata assegnata una camera sicuramente "inferior", abbastanza angusta, con affaccio sulla copertura del salone dedicato alla colazione e nessun panorama. Essere in un Hotel con parco e non vedere il parco è semplicemente ridicolo. Cene da truppa militare, pietanze precotte ed ivi i primi piatti. Chek in ore 14 di venerdì chek out ore 10 di domenica, ma se volevamo usufruire ancora della piscina avremmo dovuto pagare ... ma la metà! Personale eccellente, disponibile, cortese.

Bellissimo hotel colazione ricchissima,piscine confortevoli ,bagnino sempre molto attento ,camera confortevole ,solo il bagnio un pochino piccolo cabina doccia da modificarea tutto il resto eccezionale ,ritocchi molto raffinati con fiori freschi ,hotel e avvolto in un panorama bellissimo e rilassante ,magari unica cosa far trovare in camera un cesto di frutta con candele profumate ,sarebbe il top!!grazie

bello il parco dell'hotel, ottima la camera top( a costi ragionevoli) meno buona la zona piscina troppo assolata. il ristorante è forse un pò caro ma nei dintorni si trova buona ristorazione ed anche eccellente. tutto sommato un piacevole soggiorno

Camere confortevoli, anche se il condizionatore non raggiunge temperature bassissime. Parco lussureggiante. Colazione fantastica, con estrattore per frutta fresca, assortimento di torte artigianali, salumi locali, frutta secca e fresca. Centro benessere con percorso Kneipp, piscina riscaldata e idromassaggi, inclusi nel prezzo. Piscina esterna olimpionica.

Posto tranquillo, silenzioso con parco ben tenuto e profumato. Il resto tutto perfetto. Le camere sono stare ristrutturate e modernizzate dal mio ultimo soggiorno in modo molto gradevole, stanza bagno PERFETTA!!!!!

Bellissimo hotel
Hotel molto bello. Si rimane immediatamente colpiti sia dall'esterno che soprattutto dalla bellezza degli interni. Nel complesso comoda anche la camera anche se nel nostro caso si trattava di una camera ancora non riammodernata. Abbondante la colazione e personale tutto gentilissimo, professionale e disponibile. Era compreso anche l'accesso alla piscina; nel complesso un ottimo hotel anche in funzione del rapporto qualità-prezzo.
