It is conveniently located with lots of eateries and walking distance to places of interest. Housekeeping can be improved. The rooms are quite out dated for the price we paid.

The rooms were enormous by Japanese standards and facilities supplied were excellent. The beds were comfortable and Takamatsu was a lovely visit - i think Takamatsu is under-rated.

Great location but hard to find reception
Close to the shopping strip and ina great location. Only trouble we had was locating where the reception was. Turns out it was on the 8th floor and accessed by the lifts in a alley. Other than that enjoyed the stay and shopping.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel due to reception is located at the 8th Floor and some elevators did not go up to that floor. However, the room was great, service was great, and overall experience was great.

The hotel is conveniently located with a shopping arcade (covered walk). The entry is very difficult to find. The hotel registration is on the 8th floor and it is accessed in narrow hallway. Better way finding would be helpful to identify the entry.

location is very convenient. however, other than this, the level of cleanliness is very disappointing. the shower curtain was stained, carpet was stained, and there were layers of dust in various spots in the room. i was very disappointed and had to change hotel.

Thank you for your staying. First of all, I was very sorry for the inconvenience caused by inadequate cleaning. We have received complaints from many customers regarding the cleaning level. The hotel staff and the cleaning staff will work closely together to improve the lack of cleaning.

The hotel is located on an amazing location, including the train station (always a plus). Close to EVERYTHING possible: stores, restaurants, pubs, walkable to some major sightseeing places (Ritetsun Park and the port). Even though I got a smoking room (I am not a smoker), the room was ok enough for 2 people, ok bathtub (for Japanese standards), really good coffee. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff spoke English, another major point.

Excellent and convenient ocation if you are into shopping. 15-min walk to Ritsuin Garden. Also 15-to 20 min walk to JR Station and ferry piers. Twins room is spacious.

Good location about 100m from the Station but not noisy, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and an easy flat walk to the River Boardwalk, Ropeway, and Castle. Friendly English speaking staff. Good size clean room, but a very hard bed. I would stay here again.
