Definitely come again! 頻繁旅行住過的酒店也不少了，但像司旅這般服務貼心入微的真是不多，他們待客如家人，總會提醒你去喝杯熱茶或咖啡，看你大包小包騰不出手，他們主動來幫你按電梯，並總是打招呼笑臉相迎。酒店不大，但非常溫馨。再說說房間，空間寬敞，浴室也明亮，床品超舒服，讓我調時差容易很多。自助早餐種類雖有限，但都十分可口，而且中西葷素都顧到。下次若回台灣，司旅是我的首選。

First time stay 4 nights in this quaint boutique hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk from MRT stations. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean but for 2 adults and lots of luggage we were barely able to move around the room. For our 23 days visit in Taipei, we’ve stayed in 4 different hotels. Chez Nous is a little gem in the city. Next time we will have to pay more and upgrade to a bigger room!!

This is in a quiet location right in front of a schools running track. There is a balcony with some seats you can relax on and watch the students do school activities if you want. The room is a unique design with unique soaps. The areas outside the rooms and the building itself is not that clean. I dont know why hotels still use carpets for common areas. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. Water flow great and lots of natural light.

I had yet another delightful experience at Chez Nous Hotel in Taipei, since my last visit since December 2022. Throughout my stay, the staff, particularly Hiko, went above and beyond to provide warm and friendly service, which I truly appreciated. This time, I stayed at Chez Nous Hotel during two separate parts of my trip. However, during my first check-in at midnight Jul 15-18, I encountered a short-haired female staff member who seemed a bit reserved and less helpful. It's possible that she wasn't too pleased about her late shift. I believe providing her with better training could prevent her unwelcoming behavior from affecting the team's efforts. Despite this minor issue, the overall stay was fantastic for both me and my friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and look forward to returning in the near future. My best wishes go out to the hotel and the entire team!

Nice stay. Would recommend to friends.
The hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and couldn’t check into our room but the manager upgraded us to a room we could check into early. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is huge. Only compliant if that the AC doesn’t get as cool as you would like it despite setting the thermostat to 25C (felt more like 28C).

All the staff gave very good service at all times. We were greeted every time when we leave and return to the hotel. Although there was a bar just below the hotel, we totally experienced very peaceful time throughout our 1 week stay except for some occasional sounds from the room next door. The metro station is within minutes walk away and there are ample parking lots just around the hotel area.

A very nice and quiet area at night yet it’s very easy to get around the city. The Da’an district has many nice restaurant and bars around. The hotel staffs are very polite, kind and helpful through the stay.

Good choice to stay in Taipei.
Although is a 3 stars hotel, but I definitely give them a five stars service Room is very comfortable, 5 minutes walk to the underground, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall enjoyable stay and would stay there again. The room was nice with newer furniture, unique shower and bath fixtures, and plenty of space. One of my favorite hotel bathrooms. The bed was on the firmer side than I’d prefer. However please note this is a personal preference of someone coming from the U.S. who’s used to softer beds. Convenient location with MRT station nearby. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Only con is the backyard is a school. I could hear yelling from kids/teens.

Chez Nous has become one of my favorite boutique hotel since my last visit in 2018, and I was finally able to return in 2022. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in freezing some food to bring back home to share with my family. I would like to particularly recognize Miko, who was very helpful from the beginning of my stay and even had my room ready early when I arrived early that day for check-in. I will definitely come back to stay at Chez Nous in the future when I visit Taipei, thanks to their fantastic customer service.

Overall, nice hotel to stay. Good room size and Conditions. Very friendly staffs, no problem to recommend to everyone. The hotel has no parking for guest, but public parking cross street.

Lovely boutique hotel
Lovely chic hotel a few minutes walk to have a great view of the fireworks from Taipei 101! The interiors are modern and wisely designed. It’s in a quiet street area also with a track and field beside it that is very accessible if you wish to do some run workouts

Totally brilliant. Staffs are kind, lovely. Amenity and cleanliness are also nice. Only one thing, I wanted to see which room is which. The room I stayed this time is that I've never seen the room on the booking site. That was a good room though! Anyway, when I come back to Taipei, I definitely choose to stay there again.

Hotel staff kindness and friendly. Raining will remind us to bring umbrella. Windy and cold caring us wear enough to keep warm. It is so touching my heart. Breakfast also a very nice. Chef will ask us which style the egg we want eg. Scramble egg, sunny shine egg etc. He will make for us immediately. It is other hotel won’t be provide. My trip choose Chez Nous hotel exactly Is right choice. Highly highly to recommend to others if go to Taipei. Will see them next year.
