The staff are friendly and helpful, including the owner who really took the trouble to provide clear guidance on how to get around the places. For a geography lover like me I love to look at the old maps on the walls inside the hotel. Night markets are within walking distances from he hotel.

Friendly hotel need a major renovation !
Very close to all the night markets of street food. Friendly front desk. Rooms need a deep cleaning. The under bed areas, the lamps, cups and glasses, electrical fans …do not look like they had ever been cleaned. Tiled floors and walls need new grout, many areas need to be repainted.

唯一好處是地點方便
價格低廉，但是房間與家具都相當陳舊。 房間無窗，但是在廣告文宣中沒有說明。冷氣噪音極大，但因房間無窗，不得不使用。 不是專業管理，類似airbnb，找不到管理人員，代理人員一問三不知，延誤一小時才入住。 浴室沒有乾濕分離，甚至連個浴簾都沒有，淋浴後，滿地是水。 相差不多的價錢，在附近應可有很多更佳選擇。 唯一好處是地點方便，離國華街、神農街、海安路等遊客活動地都很近。

房舍老舊，冷氣運轉聲音吵雜，沒在認真維修，網路故障不通，責任推得一乾二淨，服務態度很差！
非常 糟糕 的 住宿經驗： 1. 房間老舊，冷氣馬達的聲音，非常吵雜，且 冷氣不夠冷，必須要搭配兩支電風扇的輔助，來通風降溫。 2. 網路不通，嚴重故障，根本沒在認真維修，卻將責任推得一乾二淨，所有的故障，都是 < 中華電信 > 的錯，自己沒有責任。 也沒有提供 住客，其他 補救、 補償措施，根本 不管 客人的權益受損，任憑生死，毫不在乎。 3. 只提供住宿三日以上的住客，到頂樓曬衣服。 住宿一日，就不能到頂樓曬衣服。 明顯歧視 短租客。 服務人員，講話非常沒有禮貌。

標準雙人房，沒有對外窗、房間很悶、燈光昏暗、床偏硬、冷氣空調超大聲、冷氣不冷、電視螢幕1/4壞掉、天花板的燈光閃一個晚上，，最後又因飯店人員沒說清楚停車付費方式，必須自己掏腰包還多付了兩百多的停車費～ 極度不愉快的住房～ 絕對不會再入住的民宿～

1、本店提供市中心旅館旁邊的海安路地下停車場之免費停車券，於入住時都會向客人說明此為單次12小時免費停車券。多年來確實很少遇到客人反映說明不清楚的情況(我們事後確實有向櫃台同仁再次確認，有向顧客說明清楚)。您提早用掉停車券，店家一早7點確實無法及時再給您一張。2、房間每日都有使用，有問題一定會即時維修調整。燈泡、冷氣、靠窗、電視等，當天您一項問題都沒有反映。不能因為一張停車券這樣說，對店家不甚公平。

這網路業者折扣下 價錢實惠 很棒 附近就是熱鬧區 吃也方便 唯獨可惜的是 我剛好在沒插座的上舖 所以要充電要爬上爬下 美中不足而已 整體來說是滿意的

這次訂了一間沒有對外窗的雙人房，很驚訝浴室及房間並沒有任何霉味，整體滿乾淨，主題房的布置和擺設看得出來業主的用心，但是房間的wifi不知為何無法搜尋到或連上，電視螢幕有類似受潮痕跡，最扣分的是拿到的大毛巾竟然破了一個大洞和一個小洞，只要把毛巾攤開一定會發現的大洞，不懂為何仍把破掉的毛巾給客人使用？

國華街旁的便宜宿舍房
位於國華街旁，但又沒有很近，所以不會太吵，宿舍房是四兩張上下舖四個床位，浴室跟廁所在房間內，寢具算乾淨，浴室雖然不新但看得出來固定有清所以也還OK，是CP值高的住宿點～
