Holiday home on Sylt in the idyllic Archsum

Recently refurbished at the holiday lettings and in January 2018.
In the idyllic and quiet Archsum is this spacious Endhausteil overlooking the fields to the salt marshes. Far away from the tourist centers, the village has preserved its village character. It is not without reason that the smallest place on the island is called Sylt's resting pole. Enjoy the peace and just switch off. This is guaranteed in the district of Archsum. A paradise for cyclists, inline skaters, families with children or people who feel comfortable in nature.

Mit Hund nur bedingt zu empfehlen
Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Jede Art von Frage unsererseits wurde sofort beantwortet. Allerdings muss erwähnt werden, was aus der Anzeige nicht hervorgeht, dass Hunde im Garten laut Hausordnung nur an der Leine zu führen sind. Das ist insbesondere im Sommer bei einer offenen Terrassentür nun wirklich sehr schwer zu managen. Schließlich möchte man den Hund nicht im Haus an der Leine halten. Der Garten ist zum Nachbargrundstück nicht abgetrennt. Deswegen soll der Hund nur an der Leine im Garten geführt werden. Das erfährt man erst, wenn man die Hausordnung bekommt und die ist nicht im Inserat zu sehen. Ohne Hund allerdings können wir das Haus wirklich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Wir haben als Familie einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Super ruhige Lage. Über 3 Etagen alles was man braucht, zudem ein toller Wintergarten, eine Sauna - haben wir nicht genutzt weil das Wetter zu gut war - und ein sehr großzügiger Garten. Alles in allem perfekt, super Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Aufteilung. Gut für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen
Sehr schönes Haus. Wir (3 Schwerstern) sind mit unserer Mutter (Ü80) dort gewesen. Die Aufteilung vom Haus war sehr günstig, da ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer im Untergeschoss ist, wo wir unsere Mutter gut einquartieren konnten. Der Wintergarten ist der schönste Raum, dort kann man super Frühstücken und von dort aus in den Garten gehen. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten.

Sehr schönes Haus über drei Etagen; ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Gute geeignet für Familien oder auch für die Reise mit Freunden wegen trennbarer Bereiche. Lage super für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Mit dem Auto ist man überall schnell.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl in Birgits Wohnung gefühlt.Sehr schönes Grundstück, toller Wintergarten und sehr liebevolle Inneneinrichtung.Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und bequeme Betten. Lage: das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig im Dorf Archsum.Sehr stimmungsvolle Umgebung. Nichts für Leute, die das hippe,trubelige Sylt des Jetsets suchen, eher für Ruhesuchende und NaturfreundInnen.
