Occupying the entire top floor of our family home in the upmarket enclave of Edgecliff/Woollahra, you will have unrivalled access to the whole of Sydney from here. With 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living room and seperate dining room, you will have ample space for the whole family to relax.
Vibrant artworks and decor line the walls of our home and with free parking on site for numerous cars

The Space:
Set on a huge block in Edgecliff, our top floor home is spacious and vibrant with an eclectic mix of art and decor throughout.
1 King Master Bedroom with ensuite and laundry with AC
2 Queen Bedrooms
Large open plan kitchen area with a near commercial kitchen set up. It faces the open plan dining room with enough space to sit the whole family.
The living space has a ceiling fan and plenty of room for the whole family with stunning vintage classic furniture
Parking for numerous cars on site
Soaring ceilings in this historic building that is full of character

Please note your have private access to the top floor of the property which has complete separation from the downstairs unit which is occupied by the properties lovely owners and their extremely friendly dog and cat.

Great family weekend from Melbourne

This property is in a truly excellent location a 5 minute walk from shops, trains and busses, just minutes from central Sydney attractions. The house was very clean and has a lovely vibe with everything you could need. Perfect for a family holiday. The managers were responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks tor the warm hospitality!!

We loved the old style building. We didn’t love hauling our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. There’s only air conditioning in one bedroom, no where else in the house. Only one hair dryer to share between six people. No salt in salt shaker. We requested these items but didn’t receive them.

"I recently stayed at this rental accommodation and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, and the amenities were great. The only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a living area air conditioner. The weather was quite warm during my stay, and it would have been nice to have a cool place to relax in the evenings. Lovely home.
Beautiful old apartment with so much charm and convenience to Edgecliff station. We enjoyed our stay here however some things did not work - an overhead fan in the living room and several lights needed new bulbs. The cleanliness could have been improved however overall it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Stunning House
Stunning house with great city views. Very clean self contained, top floor of a large historic house that has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated with lots of original artworks and modern furniture.Terrific spot a few minutes from train station and Coles . Easy walking distance to Woollahra pubs and restaurants, Paddington and Double Bay.
