It is a great place to stay for business or leisure, with plenty of eating and shopping on your doorstep. I did have some strange inserts in the bathroom, but that's Australia for you

A hotel in city with a great location. Thai town, Korea town, Chinatown are within easy walking distance. It is on Pitt Street and next to George St with the light rail. Central and Town Station are all within easy walking distance. Great food is just downstairs. Friendly service. The prices have gone up so that the value is not that great anymore.

Excellent location. Blind in main room didn't work, I asked at reception for it to be fixed. It wouldn't go up. Someone came and supposedly fixed it but once you closed it, it would not go up again. Shower door didn't close properly. Housekeeping was not consistent.

We enjoyed the rooms and how the place was set up, but in the bathroom the shower was leaking. I wish there was a better alternative like the staff having checked our room before our stay. but in conculsion the hotel was lovely.

Excellent location, walking distance to the tourist harbors. The hotel is on a property that is almost a city of its own, with restaurants, stores, bars, pharmacy, etc. All within walking distance. Good experience, this hotel is recommended, if you enjoy walking. Streetcar and subways are also within a few blocks.

24 hour room service was unavailable. Getting in at 10:45 after a flight cancellation, this was one expensive place to stay and not be able to get a feed. Plus nothing in the minibar.

They put us in a room close to the elevator as we requested. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choses. The front desk and concierge personnel were very helpful. The hotel is a great location right oh the heart of World Square and very close to the BiG Bus stops.
