Great location. It is right by the garden of pleasance, walking distance to Leqiao metro and 3 or 4 stations away from other major Suzhou gardens. And it is 5 min walking distance away from the Tongde Xing restraunt for the best Suzhou noodles, then 5 min to the night market around the Guanqian Street. The best part is that it is quiet despite of the great location. This property is magically shielded by couple quiet blocks and a huge grass land. Great city, great hotel.

The room they reserved for us have a broken window. However, it is good that they could change another room for us and they provide free breakfast in return.

Superb hotel superb location
Newly renovated hotel. Very clean and comfortable. 20 from metro with Lu e 1 and 4 linking major places of attraction. Reception staff very helpful. Provide free cappuccino and espresso made from beans. Free washing machine and dryer with washing liquid. Don’t see safe in room though.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Very nice room and staff. Perfect location within easy walking distance to Suzhou business center and the underground. Stayed 6 nights for a conference held in Suzhou International Expo Center which was easily reached by less than 15 minutes on the underground.

服務非常良好熱心，再訪蘇州我仍會選擇沛喜
飯店服務態度很好，前台友善有禮，有任何疑問都非常積極處理，房間整體環境整潔寬敞，浴室也乾淨明亮。早餐免費供應，但略顯單調。有免費洗衣烘衣機可使用（有洗衣粉）。地點位於地鐵站很近，離火車站也僅需兩站地鐵，交通便利，附近就有一個蘇式園林「怡園」，小而精緻，也值得一去。 這次在蘇州旅行不慎遺失了證件，過程中酒店提供了很多幫助，前台人員不但十分熱心協助辦理各種相關文件，還有一名飯店人員非常親切的關切陪伴這個處理程序，對於在外地旅遊遺失重要證件的遊客，因為有了熟悉當地環境的同鄉幫助支持，真的獲得很大的安全感。所幸後來一切順利，非常很感謝沛喜在我蘇州旅程中提供的各種服務及熱心幫助。下次再訪蘇州，我依然會選擇沛喜！

People are very kind and the room was clean. But there are 2 problems I had complainments. One is that the bathroom sink is sort of clogged up. It didn’t drain. Another one is that the egg tart which provided as breakfast contained a hair.
