Cozy beach cottage. Short walk to the beach! Family friendly.

Our Beach cottage is clean and comfortable. The porch has rockers and a picnic table. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, pots and pans, and dishes; dining for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a bathroom with a stall shower. We have a large den with a couch, recliners, and television with streaming services. The full bathroom with bathtub/shower is off the den. The second bedroom has a double bed with a closet and a TV. The back bedroom off of the kitchen has two single beds. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Golf cart usage is NOT included with the rental. Golf cart rentals are available through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

We strongly urge ALL renters to purchase vacation insurance. This will protect you should you have to cancel for any reason.

Cute little place

This is a cute little property…small, but good for what we needed! We have other family that camps here so we don’t stay at the house much. Bathrooms are a little on the small side but, again…for no more than we are there, it does a fine job! Alex is super nice and check in was a breeze! Overall, great time at family ties!

Wonderful stay!

Terrific beach house! Convenient to the beach, pool and water park, and campground store. The house is cozy and very clean. We will definitely be staying at Family Ties again in the future!

Absolutely loved our week here! Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the covered front porch with rocking chairs and picnic table. Included a golf cart which was a plus. Definitely looking forward to renting this property next summer

Girls Getaway

This was the 2nd time staying in the house just 2 adults. It is just perfect for us 2 and we had a blast as always. Do wish it had a washer and dryer but definitely not a deal breaker. Definitely will be back.

Love this house and love everything about it

This was my great grandparents camper turned into a house and I love everytime I get to go visit and stay. This house is the reason I change my mind about how I felt about ocean lakes! I use to not want to go but after my last two trips I have fallen more in love with it!!!

Wonderful Experience!

I stayed at this beach house before it was listed at VRBO and my family and I had a wonderful time! It is very close to the lake where my kids loved to walk down and fish at and feed the ducks. Short distance to the beach as well, so having the golf cart made it very accommodating! The price is very reasonable for everything that is included...location, the house, and especially the golf cart! Looking forward to next year's family vacation!

small but cozy

This house is by far the best house we stayed at so far. When ever i had a question owners always responded with in 5 mins or just called. The golf cart is so convenient. The campground is amazing, we found out there was a water park for the kids which was amazing and absolutely free. The kitchen is small but gets the work done, walmart is a couple mins away. I would highly recommend this place and i would defiantly stay here again!
