Awesome house and location
We had a great time doing our stay. We loved the architecture style and its unique features. The home accommodated our group size perfectly. Walk from the house to the beach was easy and we had plenty of room and privacy at this area of the beach. Shells and sand dollars were abundant and we even saw some marine life. Host was very informative, responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back again!

The location to the beach was the best part of staying at the house.
The house itself is interesting as it is old and has had many additions over the years. The water line broke the first night we were there so the whole experience was a patchwork of trying to make the situation work for us. The host didn’t grasp how much money we saved her and the house from being destroyed by finding and then cutting off the water line at one o’clock in the morning. It was a hassle but we got through it with another host owned property across the street. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed being together despite the hiccups.

Family Vacation
We stayed at this location for a family vacation. The weather could not have been more perfect! The house was very clean upon arrival, with beach towels ready to go at the back door. The beach was fabulous! Lots of people walking the beach, but lots of space to set up for the day. Beach chairs and toys were provided at the house which was a nice bonus. My kids used the boogie boards just about every day. We even saw dolphins during one of our days out there. Traffic in and out of the area was terrible some days - popular area + spring break - only so much you can do about that. Host was very responsive to text messages. We needed the code for the key when we arrived after a long day of travel. Got it immediately upon saying we had arrived. Overall this was a great place to stay and the convenience of being able to make meals and spread out a bit at the end of the day was great. We never missed a sunset :)

More of a Home not a Rental
The past reviews are pretty much accurate. This home is a much older home with no updates to the design. It was a cabana turned into a place of residence. Several corkie design features not normal to a rental home. Beds were very comforable. Living room and large eating table was great. Comfortable couches for everyone to relax on and day bed for kids to sleep on or hang out. Lots of windows to see the outside dune area and plenty of sunlight. Although this house is beachfront. There is no clear view of the water or the beach from the house, the dune area is quiet a long, very soft sandy, catcus walk to get to the beach. This was one of our biggest disappointment in the rental. Once you finally get to the beach it is very beautiful and very, very private. The bathrooms, toliets, shower stalls, and sinks need much updating. The lack of updates gives you a feeling of the bathrooms feeling dingy. This is a family home and not so much a rental property style home.

Fantastic beach house with great proximity to the water. Super friendly and helpful hosts.
Great week at this beach house! The house is perfect for families and for those with kids. Easy and very short walk out the back door to a beautiful and not crowded stretch of beach. Ann and Jennifer are very friendly, super helpful and highly communicative hosts .They made the entire process smooth. We would highly recommend this property!

A peaceful low traffic neighborhood in the front, a private short walk in the sand to the beach in back! This was a very unique property unlike any other beachfront homes we’ve stayed at in the past!

Character, location, stunning beach
We had a wonderful week at this home - and it really does feel like a home, not a permanent rental. If you are looking for a recently renovated place with the latest appliances and brand new furniture, this may not be for you. But if you want to be right on the best part of Clearwater beach, be a short walk from stunning Caladesi Park, but still close to all of Clearwater Beach’s amenities, this could be a great fit. The home has huge character, from the orange tiles at the front door to the painted mural in the living room to the school bus yellow jacuzzi in the bathroom. It is not new, but everything works and is of high quality. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

70s beach retro paradise
Direct access to the dog on lead friendly beach. Architectural and curio filled family beach home. Idiosyncratic and eclectic but with all the conveniences. Not modern but functional and fun. Unique to say the least. A step back in time with casual comfort and beds galore! We loved it. A loved and cared for property if not ultra modern. Very old school style.

Great location with short walk through sandy dunes to clearwater beach on north end. Very quiet area of clearwater beach almost private. House is dated but clean and in good working order with all the necessities needed for a beach vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing 3 bedroom right on its own private beach! Deck was very awesome to relax on and watch beautiful sunsets. We had 5 guest and it was spacious ( a lot more room). Our dog loved this beach! Very clean house and they provided lots of chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. We will definitely come back👍

This property is in the perfect location for a beach vacation. It was excellent for the entire family, very roomy, charming and lots of character. Jennifer was the perfect host and provided the best recommendations for what to do! Btw we made it canoeing at wachee springs :) Overall, loved the place and highly recommend it

Unique experience
This home is very unique with lots of family space for relaxing together. The beach is almost a private one since the home is located in an exclusive community of private homes. Beautiful sunset views. Bring your earplugs…the birds are quite noisy at sunrise!!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway

A fantastic vacation
The home was large enough to accommodate 8 people and 2 dogs ( pet friendly, a huge plus) without feeling cramped Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and ready to go. Communication with the host Jennifer was outstanding! The decor is laid back key West Style and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Chairs, beach umbrella’s, and numerous beach toys available to use. 1-2 minute walk off the deck, through the dunes to beach. Easy walk to Pier 60 and Caledesi island! Loved it! Would stay again!

Long weekend on a quiet beach
This eclectic house was perfect for our needs. A quiet place to take the family and our dogs over a busy holiday weekend. The house was clean and well equipped. A short walk to the beach where the closet people were at least 50yards away. We really enjoyed our stay!
