Great service and friendly

Fantastic place in a great area. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Overall, our stay was good. When we arrived, our AC unit in the room was not working and it was a hot weekend! I was upset and frustrated BUT the repair staff was friendly and replaced our AC unit in 30 minutes, quick, prompt service. They also had housekeeping stop by after the repair to vacuum any mess the repair created. The bed was decently comfortable but they were "at full capacity" and did not have any firm pillows available other than the one that was already in the room. They did not have an in-room safe which, being in a busy, city area, I always want an in room safe. The room was clean. The view was nice on the Pier and very close walking distance to a lot of amazing area attractions. The parking garage situation is somewhat confusing but once we spoke with the front desk, we were able to select hotel parking on the correct garage location and parking meter.
