23 - 24 SKI Season Information:
- Snowshoe Ski Season opens Nov 22 and closes March 31 (Weather permitting). Slopes are open 9 to 4:30
- Silver Creek Ski Slopes open Dec 15 and closes March 17. Slopes are open 12 to 9 Mon thru Thu, 9 to 9 Fri, Sat n Sun (Holiday hours are also 9 to 9)

Condo Description:
This condo has been redesigned from the traditional Silver Creek unit. A great room concept with a bar top counter for dining. Direct access to a bathroom from each bedroom. A Master Bath with a walk in shower and a rainfall shower head / hand held wands shower system.

The condo's bedrooms have a king size bed in each. Also, each bedroom has its own cable flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is provided thru out the entire condo.

In the living room there is a sleeper sofa (not shown in photos) and a recliner. A queen size auto inflate air mattress can be provided if preferred to the sleeper sofa.
For entertainment there is a 65" curved smart tv with access to Netflix, Sling and Amazon Prime.

This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Siver Creek lodge, looking out at the ski slopes. The Silver Creek Slopes (night skiing) and Tubing hill are located right next to and behind the lodge. Also located in the lodge is the Bear's Den (kid's area), The Locker Room (Sports Bar including Video Slot Machines), various stores, ski rental shop and an indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs.

The Silver Creek Lodge is located 3 miles north of Snowshoe's Central Village.

For Summer Use, portable A/C units have been added to each room. Also, our pool is current open 11 to 10 pm daily.

Summer on the mountain
Overall this property was a nice place to stay for quick access to Snowshoe village and summer activities on the mountain. Additionally, we used it as our base for quick trips to Green Bank for the telescope/observatory, and Cass Scenic Railroad (25-35 minutes away from Silver Creek, Cass and Green Bank are only 10 minutes apart from each other). The condo was clean and spacious for a reasonable Summer price. The unit was sparsely populated so it felt like we had the whole lodge to ourselves, but many of the areas, like the pool and hot tub were not accessible to us. One downside was that the condo is cooled by use of individual stand-alone units, yet one of the units couldn’t be operated because it lacked the necessary exterior venting for the hot exhaust of the unit. Hopefully that was merely a temporary problem and will be fixed before the next renter visits.

Great! Our 2 bedroom condo was excellent! Everything was clean, neat, & in order! One of the best places we have ever stayed during all of our travels! Very impressed! Would definitely highly recommend! If we travel to that area in the future, will definitely book there!

Nice, updated condo, easy to get to, easy check in, great location, nice pool and hot tub in the building. Only complaint is that there were quite a few flies and ladybugs that came in when we opened a window (it was unseasonably warm this past weekend). Could use an exterminator.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay with 3 small kids. The location is great convenient to tubing and the shuttle to Snowshoe Villiage was nice. So much snow …definitely accomplished our goal of getting the kids some snow playtime.

Lots of room. TV is great, kids loved the x box. Room has been upgraded but finish quality is quite lacking. Personally I enjoy staying in the village but gave silvercreek a try. Not bad but prefer having not to take the buses.

Fantastic experience. As the title suggests we have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. The owner offers great rates and easy communication. The unit is convenient to mountain activities as well as offers a shuttle service to the village if you don’t want to drive. I highly recommend this unit and Snowshoe Mountain for a fun vacation experience.

Room was clean. Had everything we needed and more. Checking in and out was very easy. Location was great. The only complaint I had was the bed in the second room was two twins pushed together, and was not very comfortable. Other than that the place was perfect and we would book again.

Good Location for Night Skiing - Below Average Accommodation
Unit location and size were as advertised. Kitchen and living areas were nice. View onto ski slopes was nice accept at night due to the lack of blackout shades and the slope lights are left on. Unit was superficially clean with hair in shower drain, rug not vacuumed, and bathroom sink not wiped clean. Ironically the cleaning person entered the unit unannounced causing security concerns for the children. Many of the unit improvements were obviously done by an inexperienced person with failing tile work, chipped countertops, and gaps in flooring.

Our stay was great we got to spend much needed time with family and friends in the area. However we didn’t have batteries for most of the remotes and some lights where burnt out. The master tv did not work through our stay but we did not come to just sit in the room. My family enjoyed the pool and skiing. We enjoyed the general beauty of the Mtn and the people who live there.

This condo is priced well at Silvercreek. Very convenient to all mountaintop activities/events at Snowshoe Village. A shuttle bus runs to the village from this property. Nothing was open on site at the Silvercreek Lodge during our stay. That’s no problem with the kitchen in the condo. Just plan ahead and take you some food/snacks. Several very good restaurants at the Village. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would return again.

Some issues, probably my fault, checking in but the property manager was very kind and helpful. Unit was clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to mountains. The building as a whole is a little run down. Place smells like fried chicken, but the unit didn’t.
