We apologise for the picture of the pool being misleading, it is a public pool as described in the channel website and the management will keep this in review. Our cleaner told you off because you were caught constantly banging the lids of the toilet seats in a manner that would have caused damage to them. You did this several times until our cleaner had no choice but to step in to remind you to be gentler. The staff at the reception declined your request to book a shuttle when you approached the counter after 10:00pm. This is the time the reception is already closed as explained in the guest registration form you signed at check in. Furthermore, shuttle buses have to be booked at least one day in advance. We're sorry you felt that your sleep was compromised for three hours. Do take note that that the aircon is switched on the entire day except for the three hours you mentioned. Therefore, it is fair to say that the aircon is switched on from 2pm all the way to 11am the next day. We're looking into the state of the fan, thank you for pointing this out. We're also sorry you felt it inconvenient to go up and down the stairs to use the bathroom, however, this is simply the design of the building and regret that you experienced this inconvenience.
