Old hotel yet still in good condition. Convenient location, close to subway. Breakfast is excellent. The part I didn’t like was that front desk asked for deposit at check in even though my room was fully paid at the time of booking

Convenient hotel and valuable.
Room is big and very clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet so delicious. There are free mini bar in room so good. This hotel is very valuable.Near train station very convenient.

Great Location
This is a great hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The property is directly adjacent to a shopping center with many restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store in the basement area.

Ok to choose
The air condition couldn’t adjust, so my room is a bit hot and not good in ventilation. Others were good. Location is good, near shopping mall and subway.

Why don't they provide earplugs?
I have stayed at this hotel many times, but always in a room facing the front. This trip I was in the back of the hotel. Each night I was awoken several times due to noise. It seems the delivery entrance and garbage pickup was just below my room. Due to local ordinance big trucks need to be off city streets by 6 am so much activity occurs all through the night. A special pickup of scrap metal - into a metal dumpster occurred my last night at 2:30 am. Really 2:30am!! Garbage pickup was at 5 am on the 1st and 3rd day.

Was about a 35 minute train ride into downtown, the metro stop was around the corner from the hotel. Staff was accommodating and the breakfast although a bit pricey was very good

Although the hotel has a non-smoking policy in the guest rooms, we found ours a bad stink of cigarette smell. Otherwise, it is good location for food and shopping.

Great place to stay in SHanghai
Really nice hotel in a very convenient location. Just step away from the Jinke Road metro station. Clean rooms that were very well furnished. Overall, it is very good value for the money spent. Excellent breakfast menu with a good variety of selections available. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. I wish the room rate would cover breakfast for all occupants - not just one.

It is a very nice place to stay- very comfortable room, and friendly, helpful staff. There is lots of activities in Shanghai, and this hotel is not far from them, with subway station 1 minute away.

Very comfortable hotel
Hotel is very convenient by subway or maglev from Pudong Airport. It was also easy to get to Nanjing Rd. The breakfast was good as was the WIFI. The large shopping centre across the road had a few restaurant options. It was nice to upgraded to a larger room with 2 double beds and plenty of room.

Decent choice in Pudong
Don't normally stay in Pudong, I'm more of a Puxi guy. But colleagues wanted to be in Pudong, so we ended up here. Nice place, but the only thing nearby were two malls. I'm not a mall guy. Hotel is comfortable, clean, has a very nice breakfast buffet, nice workout room (no pool), and offers spa services which I did not use. Staff was attentive, laundry service was fast and good, Wi-Fi was decent.

It's a little worn out. And the room does not have proper insulation. I got waken up a few times in the early morning by activities, perhaps, on the street outside the hotel. I would say this is on par with what you would expect from a three start hotel in the US.

This hotel is a good place tostay and relax The location is perfect you have access to the metro in one minute, shopping malls all around, many resturant around and close to the touristik areas and Shanghai High tech park, the breakfast is excrllent

Nice hotel. Close to tech company offices. However, WiFi connection was not very stable. Also the gym opens at 6:30am in the morning (a little late for a morning workout). Suggestion for them to change it to a 24-hour access with room key entry so guests can go to the gym any time they want. It's very inconvenient to wait for the staff to show up in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to communicate with the staff in English. The facility was very clean and nice. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from.

Great Hotel for Business Travel
The hotel is nice, clean and modern. The staff speaks English well and the breakfast is very good. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The exception might be that the bed was a little hard for my taste but would be considered very comfortable by Asian standards.
