Hi Michelle, I am so sorry there were issues with check in. We make every effort to avoid that but unfortunately sometimes things happen outside of our control. You absolutely should not have been given the wrong code, I’ve reached out to my guest services to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. I wish you’d let us know about the pans during your stay, I would have sent someone over to bring you new ones, I’m sorry you weren’t pleased with what was there. I’ve asked my housekeeper to take a look at them so we can get rid of anything that isn’t up to the standard our guests should be able to expect.

The only way for us to continue to provide exceptional service to our guests is to receive constructive criticism and use it to improve. We were not aware of any issues such as this during your stay or we would have addressed those concerns for you. The only thing that we were contacted in regards to was the pet you were unable to board which we allowed due to last minute boarding hiccups. We are disappointed in our performance as it resulted in a negative experience for you but we do hope that you will stay with us again to allow us to amend this.

Denise- We apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We do provide extra bedding in the closets and the sheets for the trundles should have been either on the top bed or in the closet as well. If a trundle bed is completely made there is no way for it to properly fit back under. Therefore we do not fully make them so that you will have enough space to navigate the area rather than walking around a bed that takes up a good bit of walking space in that area when it is pulled out. The extra bedding in the closets should have also taken care of the air mattresses as well. However if at any point during your stay you needed assistance or more items we would have been more than happy to assist with this. Our mattresses are cared for regularly and replaced when needed. We are not aware of our mattresses being in any condition as reported above in your review. If this was the case it would have been resolved immediately. We do however hope that you do understand that we strive to create an amazing experience for all of our guests and we hope that you give us another chance to show you this was an exception and not what our company represents.
