Spacious property with all the amenities. The location is ideal for walking to tourist sites, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, very easy access to public transportation routes, if that is your preferred mode of travel. Owner was very friendly and very responsive.

This is a great location, close to all the things we wanted to do in Seattle (Bainbridge Ferry, Downtown/Pikes Place, Ballard, etc.).
The home is a great size for hanging out, and the layout is suitable for groups who may also want a little private time. The views from the dining room, living room, and master are extraordinary.

From before we arrived in Seattle, Jeff was communicating with us. He made sure we had check in instructions and was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner. The home needed a light cleaning at the entrance and he scheduled for a cleaning lady within hours. The home is so welcoming, in a great location with beautiful views of Seattle, and was a perfect size for my family. We will be back!

This beautiful property will not disappoint with the jaw dropping views of The Needle perfectly framed through the dining room window. Well equipped kitchen made preparations for the meal easy and the rest of week passed quickly as we were so comfortably tucked into this lovely Queen Anne’s neighborhood. Full apartment suite downstairs was unused by ourselves but ideal for larger groups. We loved the beautiful master suite upstairs with the continued gorgeous view at night along with lights of the city scape.

Stayed for a week in August 2024. The views of the city are outstanding. We had littles with us (age 5) so the area wasn't really walkable for us. The nearby streets are very narrow and you've got get comfortable driving and parking at an 18 degree grade. (Our vehicle didn't have enough clearance to park in the driveway approach or garage due to the grade...). Area seems safe. House had plenty of supplies, towels, etc. A bit odd that one of the upstairs bedrooms has a louvered versus solid wall. This made it a bit challenging to keep quiet on the first floor during naps in that bedroom (and also a bit concerning about the louvered wall in that room that opened to the stairwell). Communication was excellent and the issues we had were addressed in a very timely manner. A/C was great as we had warm weather. No 'yard' and only a very small outdoor seating area surrounded by high shrubs. 2nd floor balcony - but it's located off the upstairs bedrooms.

The location and views are superb. The home is well supplied. The house is on a steep hill so elderly guests will struggle getting in and out of their car. It is not a perfect home but the views and location and solid finishes make it a lovely place to stay and the host is extremely responsive and beyond reasonable.

This property is really a wonderful space. We really enjoyed the expansive living room and kitchen space. The reviews about the views are spot on - from the Master bedroom you have views to die for - especially at night. The basement was really a unit to itself which worked perfect for us as we had someone that needed to work remotely for part of the visit. I would highly recommend this home.

As they say in the showbiz: Location, Location, Location! This gem of a property is located in a lovely neighborhood up on a hill in the Queen Anne district of Seattle directly overlooking the iconic space needle with panoramic views sweeping from the Seattle ports across downtown and beyond. It didn’t matter if it’s sunny or rainy the panoramic views from this house are amazing! Seriously, the pictures online don’t do the views enough justice. We had views from the upstairs master bedroom and deck along with from the living room, dining area and kitchen. We were all literally awestruck from the moment we walked in.
The house itself was wonderful too providinga great layout for our multi-generational family. As the grandparents, we took the downstairs apartment and our kids and their kids stayed on the 3rd floor where there are two bedrooms (the master and one other). The master is spacious and we loved that it had a couch facing the city views (very, very romantic).
On the middle level, the kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to make and serve meals (and we like to cook). The dining room adjoins the kitchen and the living room opens out spaciously off the dining area. As a matter of interest to some, the TVs all worked well and the owner provides access to Netflix and other platforms. The house also features a beautiful fireplace but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment on that other than to say it looked appealing. The bathrooms are beautiful especially the one in the downstairs apartment which features a large tub which the grandkids adored.
We had children with us as young as 9 months and we felt the house was both safe and comfortable for little ones. Additionally the house is located across from a lovely little park that our 3 year old granddaughter adored. Other larger parks in the Queen Anne area were nearby but this one worked for us.
Lastly, the owners checked in with us several times during the week to ensure we were comfortable and to let us know their staff was at our service if anything was needed. I let them know that a few lightbulbs needed replacing and they literally had someone on standby ready come over to change them out, but for us, it wasn't a big deal and we asked them to wait til we vacated to fix them. That said, it was comforting to know that management was so available to meet our needs.
All told, we were all 110% satisfied with this rental and will absolutely rent it again!

Listing was spot on what we experienced. Stunning view of the Space Needle and downtown, especially from the master bedroom at night. We even left the blinds up at night because the view was so good. Upstairs bedrooms have little outdoor mezzanines with chairs to enjoy morning coffee as the city wakes up. Kitchen recently remodeled and has good supply of pots, utensils, etc. Master shower has side wall jets for a spa feel.
Walked to Kerry park for city views then to Queen Anne for ice cream, food choices, etc. Beautiful homes in the area. Location is very convenient to downtown and expressways. The street by the house is really steep, as is the driveway. We were able to park our SUV in the garage ok, though. Jeff was easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions.

The house had plenty of room for our family and the view from the living/dinning room was great. We walked down the hill several times to restaurants and a grocery store but primarily used Uber to get around the city.

Check-in was flawless. Our concerns upon check in were addressed within the hour and the housekeeper arrived within 10 minutes of us speaking to her. The home is located in a very hilly area which made getting in and out of the rental cars a bit of a challenge for us, but not a huge deal. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, but, again, very hilly. The home was spacious with separate living area with kitchen downstairs and nice sized bedroom, kitchen and modern and spacious bath. The main floor had a gorgeous view of the city from the kitchen, dining room and living room. I enjoyed my coffee at the kitchen table every morning while watching the city come to life. The upstairs master bedroom had an even better view. Even though we didn't cook much, the kitchen was fully stocked. The washer and dryer was definitely a huge plus. The house sits on a corner and again, the views were wonderful! There was lots of room to hang out together or to spread out for private space. We walked down to the space needle and took the monorail in to town numerous times. Because the hills can be quite steep at times, the walk back up can be challenging for people who have mobility issues or who are not in decent shape, but we started using Uber or Lyft for the trip back up. Lyft and Uber were very cheap for trips from downtown to the house (about $8 per vehicle). I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Seattle.

We stayed for Christmas and New Years - so had a fantastic view of the skyline of Seattle and the Space Needle for fireworks, and saw sun and snow! The windows in the main room and master bedroom are spectacular and the photos do not do them justice.
Restaurants and shops of Queen Anne easy to get to, but its steep uphill back although Ubers are easy to get. All of Seattle is within easy reach either walking or by taxi/car (and there is parking).
The apartment is spacious, warm, well equipped and a great base that we would more than happily return to.
Due to our changing plans we needed some flexibility over dates and the owner was very helpful and accommodating.
All in all a fantastic apartment and we'd thoroughly recommend it.
