Welcome to Dickerson House, the home of a former sea captain. This gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located directly on the parade route for Savannah's St. Patrick's Day Parade. No need for a car, you can walk to all of the best restaurants and bars from this location.

We loved this place. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The location is perfect for walking all over Savannah. We parked in the garage across the square and didn’t take the car out until we were leaving.

We had a wonderful time exploring Savannah and visiting with family during the Thanksgiving holidays. Our VRBO was conveniently located to restaurants and in walking distance to sites in the historic district. We would 100% stay again.

We loved being in historic Savannah. We could walk to about anything we wanted to see. Lot of great restaurants one or two blocks away. This place was just as advertised - perfect location and walkable to many sites. Even though we had to use street parking (we purchased a 2 day visitors pass), we were able to find parking nearby.

The Fam Jam had a great time in Savannah thanks to our accommodations. The location was excellent. Easy walk to River Street, Forsyth Park and City Market. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great and quiet location to stay and had a very historical feel to it. Sitting in the living room listening to the horse carriages in the street gave the impression I had traveled back in time! The only thing I was worried about was the parking, but there were plenty of street parking close by and it was cheaper than parking at a hotel. Would stay here again.

Very nice location towards the center of Savannah. It makes for a very good walkable vacation. Just be aware, this location is on the 3rd floor via stairs. Also, master bathroom's shower can be a tight fit to enter if you are a little overweight. Both of these were fine for our group, but won't meet everyone's needs. We would stay here again.

This property was perfect for two couples - two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a really spacious common area. Communication with the host was also fantastic, and the location is great - close to Broughton Street and a lot of landmarks but far enough away from the main drag to be nice and quiet. The balcony overlooking the square is a really neat touch. Our only recommendations are a bit more of a thorough cleaning in the bathrooms and an upgrade to the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash included in the listing. Our unit had a watered-down shampoo and two conditioners but no body wash. It’s a small detail but one we definitely would have noticed!

We only needed a one night stay but could have easily satiated for days. Beds were VERY comfortable and the whole unit was clean and accessible for all of our group. Elevator was a huge plus with our bikes and luggage. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

As a Savannah native returning to town with friends to show off the city, I could not ask for a more picturesque location. Accommodations were beautiful and the location is perfect for walking nearly anywhere in the historic district. Property owner was easy to communicate with, and we knew they were there in case we needed them! Thanks again for opening your place to us.

Easy walk to river, dining, shopping and all that historical Savannah has to offer. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is not well stocked and the hand soap dispensers were empty.

The location was terrific and the property was a lot bigger then we expected. The spacious unit had great amenities and offered tourist information to help us during our stay. We did not hear back from the Owner with one small issue we had during our stay. Otherwise the property was amazing and we would definitely stay hear again!

Very nice. Is exactly like the pictures. Super location right in the middle of things. Very large rooms impeccably decorated. Parked at the Whitaker Street Garage just a 5 minute walk away. Really enjoyed the stay. Now my wife wants to do a girls weekend in Savannah and stay here..

We enjoyed our visit to the Savannah area. It would have been fun to have had a little more time to explore. Your location is ideal for walking to the river walk etc. The toilet paper not being available was a bit of issue, but the cleaning gals came to our rescue. They were so pleasant and helpful with some coffee as well. We would like to stay again in the future. We will highly recommend your lovely home!

This place was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. You will not regret booking this place for your next stay. My only criticism would be the shower head in the second bathroom. It is horrible. And the bleach smell after they cleaned was very strong. Glad we had an air purifier with us. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone.
