Whether you're splashing in the pool or shopping and dining in Playas del Coco, there's no shortage of fun things to see and do throughout the area. Visit the Monkey Farm, a unique, self-sufficient wildlife sanctuary located less than a mile south, or make arrangements in town for a spectacular eco-tour through which you can hike to plunging waterfalls or race across the treetops on a zipline.

For home entertainment options, this condo offers free WiFi and a cable TV. Relax on your balcony with a cup of locally sourced coffee and a good book, or head down to the courtyard and swim in the pool. nos dejaron entrar hasta las 5 pm, no estaba limpio por faltante de agua no se nos indico que el club y la piscina estaban cerrados dejaron de limpiar la piscina de COVE desde el segundo dia y nadie nos indicó que no lo harian mas el contacto local siempre contesto el telefono

The property grounds are very nice and well maintained. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and away from everything. A car is needed to get to shops and restaurants. A great beach within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself however was in poor condition. Broken dining room chairs, blender, ice maker and kitchen cupboard doors. No wine glasses, only 1 patio chair and no lids for any pots for cooking. No other guests we met had similar problems. Great property to stay at. Just don't book unit 7.

The Cove Ocotal Beach

Beatiful large condo. King size bed. Nice kitchen. Washer and dryer. Good location with short walk to beach and Father Rooster restaurant. Very quiet. Condo could use a little TLC, paint on some walls and towel bar loose in the master bath-nothing major. Overall a great experience, we would stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo. Very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite, and even a laundry room which was a nice surprise. Ate twice at the fabulous Father Rooster restaurant just a 5 minute walk. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that there was no outdoor furniture to enjoy either patio. The pool is small but nice, which we had to ourselves.

Everything We Wanted

This unit was perfect for the two of us. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Because we snorkel every day, this unit was so convenient to the beach, only a ten minute walk to the water and Father Rooster, the local hangout.

The quiet and seclusion were what we wanted

Our condo was the perfect size for two. We loved having a full kitchen with all the basic tools for cooking. We would have used the grill for the catch of the day but the ignitor was broken. The washing machine was also out of service but the housekeepers washed our laundry so that was fine. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach - which was never crowded. We used the on site pool some and sunbathed in the lounge chairs around its perimeter. We would definitely stay here again.
