Great stay
Very friendly staff, and a security officer in the plaza to handle pre-checkin bag drops. Rooms are comfortable, and reasonably well appointed.

Basic room with no window ventilation. Had a strong paint smell and could not rest properly, too expensive with booking fees for what it is. There are other options around the area.

Very well maintained, but no extras in the room. No coffee, no fridge, etc. Two bottles of water every day, but that was all. The wi fi and internet were extremely slow when they worked. Often I was unable to send or receive an email. As for TV, the only English Channel was CNN.

It is one of the first hotels when getting to Huatulco from the airport. It is across the street from ADO bus station and there is a Soriana right behind the bus station. Location is very convenient, only a few blocks from the zocalo main square. There are tons of restaurants around and late night snack is available from an onsite OXXO. Staff very friendly, they even loaned me a safety deposit box when all the rooms with a safety box is rented out.

The hotel is in a good location next to the small city center. There is an Oxxo downstairs and its across the street from the ADO terminal.

Good location for bus travelers, but I guess that is the only thing I’d stay in this hotel. No amenities, room smelled like bathtub plumbing.

Cons : If you decide to stay here please take some ear plugs with you if you want to have a good night sleep. Walls are paper thin and hotel is in the corner of 2 major busy streets day and night. First night we did not sleep at all. Next day we talked to the receptionist (STAFF IS AWESOME BTW) we told her about our noise concern and she was able to move us to a room at the end of the hall with no neighbors and further from the street intersection. If you are a light sleeper I do not recommend this hotel at all. Pros : Hotel is well situated, 5 min walk to town center plaza. Short 5 min / $1.50 dlls taxi drive to beach . Staff go above and beyond we also felt really safe there.

Excellent stay and store next for your needs. A few blocks away from el Centro de Huatulco. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

I know I am in Mexico but I am not completely fluent in Spanish. They could have any important information into English. I was in a corner room which was odd shaped but comfortable. The room could use a place to hang up your clothes.

This property is not handicap friendly. Rooms and restrooms are so small. The restaurant is in the middle of the property which is open to a busy street. The pool is small and has stairs to get in.

Great budget hotel - this new hotel features clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of places for storage. The Oxxo attached to the lobby was a nice touch for buying snacks and other travel essentials. The breakfast was delicious. It's not near the beach, just a short taxi ride away....

You have rated this property as 3+ star. The only things that deserve such a rating is the hard working staff and cleanliness. The rooms are basic as basic can be--a couple of open shelves for storage, one hook in the bathroom for hanging towels , nowhere to sit in the room except on your bed. It feels/looks like a monk's cell. There is a small pool on the second level but it is always in the shade and chairs are very uncomfortable. We booked and paid for two weeks but left and stayed somewhere else for the second week. I will repeat again that the staff was great and went our of their way to please. The breakfast buffet ( which was extra) was of good quality and worth every peso.

Nice new hotel in town.
Nice, clean,friendly hotel near the center of La Crucecita. I think I was the only one who stayed there for more than a couple of nights. People seem to use it more like a one night or weekend motel. I enjoyed it very much for the 2 weeks I was there.

Budget friendly but so noisy
The staff here were kind, polite, attentive and hardworking. We paid a great price for this room and the room was basic and clean. Unfortunately, the hotel is located at a very busy and noisy intersection on the main thoroughfare. The open design provides no noise buffer and the sounds of large trucks passing in deafening, particularly in the pool area. We liked so many aspects of this hotel but because of the noise will not return.

Very close to the center of yhe city
Very clean hotel. For the price is a good place to stay. But is not telefone avariable in the hotel. People very frienly.l close to the centre of the city and restaurants . I really recoment this hotel.

Not what it used to be
Tstayes here 2 years ago and it was half the current price. As a budget hotel it was a very good option now at the price there are much better options around town. The management seems to have lost its way, I was even asked to sign a deposit form in case the sheets we damaged, I have never heard of that before. No blankets ( I was told the hotel does not have any?).... all round a drop in standards and a doubling of the price

Close to town
Nice hotel close to town with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The ADO bus station is right across the street and so is a taxi hot spot. Main plaza is about a 10 minute walk with plenty of shops and food around. Hotel is nice and quiet, beds were comfy and hotel staff was helpful. We had a double room and room was a lil small and i wish it had a fridge but there is a convinient store next to the hotel for drinks and snacks or water. Also the elevator was useful after a long day or when carrying things.

Great little Budget Hotel!
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating and the location is great if you are taking the ADO overnight bus (it's the only option!) to San Cristobal de Las Casas as the new modern bus station is right across the street from the hotel. We walked to the beach in Santa Cruz (approx. 30 minutes) or, if you are not a walker, it's a quick 30 peso ride by taxi. Although it is a basic budget hoteI it was perfect for our 4 day stay in the area.

New Open air Lobby architecture convenient hotel
The hotel was new with a botique feel for a great price & wonderful & helpful staff. The were so concerned when I slipped & hit my head coming down from the slippery steps coming down from the raised pool. I suggested they put a rough safety strip at the floor at the bottom of the steps as there were on the steps themselves. They seemed to agree with my idea & were offering to take me to the doctor. Which I declined. The staff gave me tips on good reataurants, beaches to go to & transporation.

No me pude hospedar en este hotel, ya que a mi llegada no contaba con energía eléctrica, el personal a cargo del hotel no sabía qué hacer, así que hice los arreglos pertinentes con Expedía lo cual fue maravilloso. La gerente del hotel no estaba y todo estaba de cabeza en el hotel. Si vuelvo a Huatulco definitivamente no m hospedaría en ese hotel.
