Do not stay here!!! We stayed here for the convenience of a shuttle to the airport. Well woke up at 4:45 AM and headed down to catch the shuttle and stood there as the in inattentive front desk clerk did not say a word to us and finally at 5 minutes to 5 I asked where the driver of the shuttle was and he replied the shuttle is broken down, that mind you was sitting there all night when we signed up for the morning commute. Needless to say we had to call an Uber at our own expense. This just was just topping on the cake after staying in a filthy room that stunk and had to move to a new room and it still smelled and I’m pretty sure this was a major fire hazard, I plugged in my cpap machine and the plug sizzled so we went to plug it into the wall and there was no outlet plate on the outlet. I do not recommend this property at all it was disgusting and they lied about the shuttle. We were not happy campers.

Staff was great and helpful. The hotel itself was dirty smelled of mold. The carpet was wet and saturated in our room. The tub was cracked, and the floors were cracked. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Donna at the front desk was wonderful- extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was great BUT that is all that was positive about our stay. Dead cockroaches in the hallway, bugs in the room, musty bedding, and old facilities.

Got in after midnight. Room was not available. We were told there were no clean rooms (us and another family). After some time, we were eventually given a room with no AC. I assume it was not in rotation however given the circumstances something was better than nothing. Room was clean, but with no air flow it was musty and hot. Not a great experience.

Our room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The curtains did not cover the window adequately. The king size bed was too far off the ground. And our breakfast to go was not ready for us this morning.

There were ants in bathroom. No transportation to airport which is why i stayed there! They were overbooked for the shuttle. A nice lady was going to airport and offered me a ride. Shuttle driver mentioned wanting Kahlua for his coffee!

Check in was fast & easy. People running around hallways all times of the evening/night seemed live there if I'm not mistaken. Upon opening our door, the smell of moisture, mildew was strong. Bed was okay at best, found what looked to be mold above shower & painted over. We had early flight so just dealt with it. Feel like we paid too much for what we got.

I paid a higher price to stay here as their shuttle was advertised to run 5am to 10 pm. Called hotel at 9pm and was told shuttle stopped at 5pm. Another $20 got to the hotel. Do not false advertise. Verify shuttle hours before reserving. Entering the room we really questioned whether the carpet had been vacuumed recently. Bow shower curtain rod falling off the wall. Very hard to shower without a proper shower rod. Its really too bad after a long day of travel you land and expect to use services as advertised and a decent room and you get this.

Very Humid in the room, the bedding felt damp from the humidity. If they replaced their a/c units with newer ones this may help. Looks like they try to keep things in decent shape but they need to update the ac units to keep mold from growing.

We checked in and was told there was no water but it would be working shortly, they already took my payment and wouldn’t refund us… we went to our room the hallway smelled awful and the room was dingy and smelly. We stayed for a few minutes then left, was told at the front desk that we would not get a refund but at that time I didn’t care, I just had to get out of there….made you feel itchy! Never again and I will definitely tell everyone who asks not to go there!
