We loved how convenient the hotel was to the waterfront and little Italy. It was clean and tidy and my family loved their stay and didn’t want to leave

Booked a a room with 2 beds due to traveling win a friend, and was told upon arrival that the room was unavailable although I paid for the room in full prior to arrival; apparently there’s a waitlist for that room that I wasn’t told about the day of arrival so that was extremely frustrating because I could have just chose another hotel . The room was nice but a little too pricey to not have a microwave in the room? Outside of that it’s a good location due to the proximity to gas lamp

The staff was extremely rude, the phone in our room wasn’t working, I tried to use my dining points multiple times and couldn’t then was charged $28 unknowingly. The worker who checked me DID NOT inform me of anyyyyyy of the charges but claimed she did. I did not know I would be charged $100 on my card as a “hold”. The room view I payed $10 for was for the city and it was the opposite. I need compensation for the bad time I had at this hotel. I’ve stayed at motels that are better than this!

Very expensive for what you get no on-site parking there is lot next door for $50.00 per day the wifi is not free. The room was very clean the staff is very friendly and helpful

One dollar the hotel was dirty. The couches and the lobby had stains all over them and material is falling apart. It doesn’t look appealing to sit down. The Carpet in the rooms were stained. The sheets were not comfortable, and the pillows were rough and horrible. I was expecting a lot more for the price that I paid for this hotel. It was not clean and we felt we were stuck in a situation and had to stay.

Easy and early check in which was convenient . The restaurant and bar had good options for vegan and non vegan eaters. The rooftop area was beautiful at night. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Loved my stay here.

Beautiful property with interesting design(mix of chalet chic, hygge features and a touch of glam. Very nice but above all, the staff all around, courteous, professional, enthusiastic, friendly.

The hotel was very nice, but we had 4 people and the room had full size beds as their double beds. They were too small to share and we slept poorly because of it. The location was walkable, but it felt a bit desolate and just a couple of blocks away there were some people hanging out on the streets.

Property was between Little Italy and Gas Lamp area and was walkable to most downtown areas. Not in a super touristy area. Great open area deck and good restaurant for breakfast.

Really liked this hotel. Very clean and stylish. Rooftop bar was great in the evenings. Appreciated how nice the staff was, and the music played throughout the hotel was modern and hip! Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the bedding, a little too starchy and stiff but overall a great place to stay.

Delicious food in the loby dining area and bar. But if it rains they close the terrace so that sucked.

Overall the hotel was extremely nice, well maintained, and staff were super friendly. The $25 resort fee is a bit odd to me but obviously the goal is to get you to spend in the hotel. Valet parking is $60 a night which is a huge expense if staying 7 nights like I did, but it’s super convenient to get your vehicle whenever you want. Simply text and your car will be there. I would consider your distance and Public transportation possibilities over car rental and paying for valet.
Only other real complaint is there’s a bit of construction a few blocks away so you heard lots of machinery and beeping at all hours of the day and night.
Would 10/10 stay here again, though.

Didn’t use the hotel valet and just paid $30 a night at the parking lot in the corner. Was safe and was able to keep an eye on it from the room.

great stay. clean and so convenient. Loved the are it was in- Little Italy. Great staff. Great food. Awesome roof too with a DJ on Fridays. Valet was wonderful.
