"Was told that no rooms available when came to window at 9:00 p.m, even though I called twice to say late check in. The lady said to come back tomorrow, and I came from Florida. Responded that I couldn’t come back, because I needed a room. The hotel is close to the doctor who was treating me. The maids are very pleasant and friendly. I had to extend my stay, due to medical reasons. After being told that I had to checkout of current room, and move to another room. Was going to another hotel, until Nyla called me and said I could stay in current room. Did not have to leave room. She even brought me the paperwork to check into room for four more days, since I was going to the doctor. She took credit card to the office, and brought paper to sign.
