Welcome to our renovated, well-ventilated and air-conditioned villa, located in a quiet residential area 3 minutes' walk from the beaches of St Gilles and its shops, the aquarium, the marina, the water park ... Its large garden with terraces and verandas welcome you around the HEATED swimming pool and jacuzzi. Residential area, PARTIES are PROHIBITED.

Superbe emplacement
A 2 pas de la plage commerces port et des couchers de soleil...maison fonctionnelle bien équipée avec de l espace pour les groupes comme le nôtre : piscine spa sauna parfaits. Nous nous sommes régalés petits et grands. Je remercie le propriétaire poyr son écoute, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons cette maison.

La villa est superbe et très bien équipée. Sa situation est exceptionnelle par rapport au port de Saint Gilles. Nous avons tous passés un très bon séjour. Le propriétaire est très présent et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa de part sa proximité avec le centre
Tout à pieds, y compris la plage des Roches. Même si nous avons préféré celle du lagon... Nous somme resté 13 jours, avons subie 4 jours de cyclone, et cette villa a réussi à occuper nos enfants: jeux de société, ping-pong, piscine et surtout jaccuzzi pendant les rares accalmies. Enfin, 5 chambres, un grand salon... personne ne se marche dessus; et le propriétaire est disponible au téléphone, c’est fort agréable Nous étions deux couples et 4 enfants et nous regrettons déjà nos vacances dans cette île incroyable, surtout quand il fait beau N’hesitez pas, faites comme nous, le rapport qualité/prix, part rapport à l’emplacement est imbattable, même nos amis habitants la Réunion ont gardé les coordonnées du propriétaire pour en faire profiter leurs proches

Séjour tout confort !
Nous étions 9 voyageurs durant trois semaines dans cette location. La villa est très bien équipée et surtout le propriétaire sympathique et assez disponible. La villa est proche du port de Saint-Gilles, de ses commerces, restaurants et bars, tout se fait à pied. Nous espèrons y retourner ;-)

Vive les vacances ! Très bien située, tout peut se faire à pied (plage, port de st Gilles, centre ville de st gilles les bains, boulangerie, restauration...). Villa très bien conçue, séjour lumineux +++, de la climatisation ou ventilation si besoin de fraîcheur, et tout se passe idéalement à l'extérieur : jacuzzi, piscine, grande varangue, jardin, table de ping pong... et même un sauna à l'intérieur (qu'on n'a même pas eu le temps d'essayer!). Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. C'est tout bon ;-) MERCIII
