Showed up a little bit early after a 6 hour drive and staff wouldnt accomodate with a room that was already made.
i was put in a room right next to the highway very noisy all night.
And to top it all off i had to leave a day early and staff was everything but accomodating with reimbursment procedure.
the desk staff (young guys n gals) were very kind. It seems like the upper manager who try to look important while sitting at her computers is the one creating a poor customer relation. answering by yelling out of office with out standing up. Or quickly dismissing any request by front desk agents. That place looks like it needs new managment and boy am i glad i don't work overthere.
Excellent hotel with pleasant front-desk and breakfast. It was nice to be able to converse with front-desk in English as a overseas visitor. Room was spacious and very comfortable though the bathroom door closed with a hooting noise!
Affordable, clean, safe,quiet. Too bad there is no microwave in the room. I arrived late, was hungry and found the grocery store to buy food. Oops no microwave. Or coming back from the restaurant with leftovers. Oops can not reheat the food
Smell nice,no humidity as many others hotels in winter and not cigarette smell either.

Disappointed that we couldn’t stay there because they’re not pet friendly. I didn’t realize this until the day we were on the way there and called about the room. They recommended we call the Holiday Inn but would not allow a refund or partial refund. Unfortunately, even though we’ve stayed at other pet friendly Le Dauphin hotels, we probably won’t stay with this chain ever again.
