The 150 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises a living room with sea view, fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, attic space, 3 bathrooms, enclosed garden. Linen and towels extra. Le Petit Miramar "Fantastic location. Walkable to multiple beaches and village center. View from living/dining room was amazing with a clear view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen. Check in and communication was great. master bedroom was very comfortable with great views. Garden space was lovely, mature plants and lots of sitting area. For guests with mobility issues or older guests stairs were very steep and all bedrooms required access either up or down stairs. For such a nice house and garden with great outdoor sitting a BBQ would have been a great addition. For mixed groups of adults the house really only accommodates 6 - dining table only seats 6 and there are only two WCs. Setting was quiet with no noise from neighbors. House is charming with great character."

Cadre idylique mais cher pour un soin moyen

Cette maison est merveilleusement bien placée et a beaucoup de charme. La pièce principale est très agréable bien que plus petite que les photos le laisse supposer ! La cuisine est très correctement fournie mais les placards sont si haut qu'on ne peut attraper les marmites et casseroles ! du jamais vu ! Il n'y a pas de sommier dans la chambre du haut et une forte odeur dans les chambres du bas.Manque d'aeration évident - les oreillers datent et sentent le moisi, c'est plus que désagréable, les poignées de fenetres de la chambre du haut sont retenues par des clous qui tombent sans arrêt, La douche du haut était bouchée malgré l'intervention de l'agence, le problème est revenu dès le lendemain. Le sol blanc de la maison mérite un nettoyage tous les jours et il n'y a pas de paillasson digne de ce nom...Bref une maison qui pourrait être un rêve si elle était entretenue à la hauteur du prix demandé. Trop de négligences!
