ベネチア広場に近くて立地がよく、建物もまるでローマに住んでるかのような感覚を味わえた。 内装はとてもお洒落で清潔。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで気持ちが良かった。 また行ける時は是非泊まりたい。

Marvellous!!
When we arrived to hotel we felt the charm of the city by its full force, small stone street in the middle of historic central Rome. Pantheon just a short walk away, Argentina as well, with the perk of a calm street. The location of the hotel is 11/10. we were met by a staff member who showed us the room, very nice and friendly. The rooms are fresh, very clean and it feels like home. As an extra plus we got Acqua di Parma soap and shampoo which added a premium feeling. All and all fantastic stay!

Clean and moder room in the heart of Rome
Eventhough this isn't really a hotel, it's great for what it is. There's a handful of rooms and smaller, very basic lobby in an apartment building. Room was spotless, comfortable and sound proof with concrete walls. If you're not bothered about a large reception area such as normal hotels, then this is highly recommended. Staff was super friendly, helpful and generous.

Perfect Hotel for City-Trip
I am so glad that I chose G55 Desing Hotel. Everything was just perfect. The location is ideal for a city trip in Rome. This hotel is very clean and modern. We especially liked the fact that we got a mobile phone and unlimited internet access. I can recommend this hotel to everybody for a city trip.

Not a hotel and no rooms available
They over booked the rooms and this was not a hotel. This is a couple apartments in a building so it shouldn’t be named a hotel and sold on hotels.com with specifically noting that. When I arrived we had to wait for someone to show up to tell us they were over booked. They then said they had nicer accommodations (which weren’t nicer) and took almost 45 minutes to get to after they attempted to call a discounted taxi for 20+ minutes. They discounted it some but they should’ve just comp’d it after a horrible experience at 9 pm. We just wanted a nice hotel room and at over $220 for the night we thought that’s what we booked. Wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a boutique hotel. Only had 7 rooms. They were all newly redecorated and we’re very clean. Had nice simple furniture. Staff was very kind, helpful and went the extra bit with their great service. However, you have to walk up 64 steps to get to the rooms. There is an old elevator to take up. It was very old though. There was no lobby to speak of. There was a counter and 2 stools to sit on. No real amenities. Instant coffee, but they did give us a yogurt and cookies for breakfast. If it wasn’t for the great two man staff, this place probably wouldn’t exist. Great location!

Location Location Location, good size room, very clean, very comfortable and clean bed, nice bathroom, super helpful reception guy (Jihad). He was very helpful during our stay, when we checked out it was raining and the city blocked due to Marathon, he made the effort to come with us to the Taxi stop and he gave us an umbrella to keep. Thanks Jihad : )

We loved this location it was walking distance to all of the sites! The staff was beyond helpful and accomodating. They even provide a local cell phone to use during your stay while you’re out exploring to help with any maps / calls for reservations ect. Wonderful!

Room was lovely & spacious except I thought I’d booked a two bedded room; it wasn’t clear on booking that all rooms have either one double or Queen size bed; there are no twin rooms. Also, Netflix wasn’t available in our room; only one room has this service in the hotel.

NOT A REAL HOTEL!
THIS IS NOT A REAL HOTEL! Stay away from this property. This is just a floor of a commercial building that has been chopped up into hotel rooms. Upon arrival, you will have to call the management company, go through a phone tree for their various psuedo-hotels, and then wait on someone to come from elsewhere in the city to let you in. The "lobby" is on the third floor, and you will need 2 keys and a passcode just to arrive at the lobby. The hotel will only give you one set of keys, so members of your group will not be able to come and go from the hotel independently. I was sick one evening while my wife was out and needed to go to the pharmacy, I had to beg the staff multiple times to give me a set of keys so that I COULD LEAVE THE HOTEL, and they were incredibly rude about it. There is no restaurant, food, breakfast or coffee at this property. Do not stay at this "hotel"– it offers nothing more than a rental apartment would.

Fraud business
Fraud!!! They call and say there's an electrical issue the night before. Refuse to let you go see it and three different "managers" tell you three different stories. Then they say that they'll pay for your transportation to and from the airport, only to stiff you on the last day. They refused to refund your money even though the Spanish Suit Hotel is 1/3 the price of the G55 that you booked and off on the other side of the city. There was standing water in the shower and the breakfast that we paid for that was supposed to be at the hotel was not there. They rip you off when they know there is not much that you can do to get out and get another hotel. Then they say they can't refund you because the booking company paid them and you need to go to the booking company.

NEVER STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS FREE
NEVER STAY HERE. We landed at 9 am from a long flight, we were dying to take a shower. They told us the room isn’t ready and it will be at 2pm, that was understandable. It was one man doing all the work throughout the “hotel” ( five rooms in a building). So we left with no problem and went out in Rome for the day in 97 degrees. We get back at 3pm so tired and ready to sleep for a little. The sweaty man tells us he’s sorry to tell us but they are overbooked. HOW CAN A HOTEL THAT HAS ONLY 5 ROOMS BE OVERBOOKED? Especially considering it wasn’t only us being overbooked it was 3 others rooms as well. He couldn’t reach the manager as the manager was “somewhere else”. He said the taxi will come take us to the sister hotel, another customer told me that she’s been waiting already 1 hour for this so called “taxi”. We were so tired and sweaty this was crazy. I was not ok with the sister hotel... we ended up calling hotels in the middle of Rome to see for availability. While walking out, someone who has a room here at this hotel came and told us, “run away the AC doesn’t work in the room” I can’t imagine being there with no AC. stay away I think this hotel overbooks on purpose to send to other hotels that he owns. It’s very shady and should not even be listed on this website. It really ruined our day.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN ROME
Love every minute, the staff were great especially the cleaners who took really good care of our stuff! The location is perfect off onto a side street (very safe) and is only a 20 minutes walk from all the main attraction in Rome. Would definitely stay here again

Overall good property and great location. Improvement area: we stayed for three nights as part of a two week vacation so we had two suitcases of clothes; however, the room didn’t have even one drawer for clothes. It was so odd not having a drawer that we even asked whether our room was missing one for some reason. We were told nothing was missing and we were suppose to put clothes in the closet. That’s just not practical. Other than that, was a good property. We enjoyed our stay.

Let down by poor service attitude
The hotel was very new and clean. Very comfortable. However it was let down by the poor service. There’s basically no reception after the morning which is very inconvenient if you need assistance. They do have a contact number for any queries but the staff are very rude and unhelpful. It should not be unreasonable for a hotel to provide a hot water kettle but the staff claimed they don’t provide any. However when we asked the receptionist in the morning, he nicely provided it. If not for the receptionist (also the housekeeping) this hotel would be a 1. A good hotel room is nothing without warm service.

El hotel tuvo problemas de fontanería y nos avisaron una noche antes de llegar que tendrían que hospedarnos en un hotel socio para una de las dos noches de nuestra estancia por lo que hubo que cambiarnos de hotel en medio de un viaje sumamente corto. Fuera de ello todo estuvo excelente, el trato, el servicio y la ubicación de ambos hoteles es magnífica. Las recamaras son súper nuevas y modernas!

top für rom - wem ein zimmer (only) genügt
schönes hotel in guter lage, alles gut zu fuss erreichbar. zimmer strassenseitig etwas lärmig bei offenem fenster. dafür schöe zimmer, gute sanitäre einrichtungen und freundlicher staff! hotel hat nur die zimmer und eingangsbereich. keine weiteren annehmlichkeiten oder frühstücksmöglichkeit (gibts aber ums eck genügend). eine sehr gute wshl für individuelle besucher die wert auf gute lage und schönes zimmer legen. würden wir wieder buchen!

Hotel con lindo diseño muy céntrico
La habitación muy cómoda y con un muy buen diseño. La atención del personal es excelente y te prestan durante toda tu estancia un smartphone para que lo uses libremente, donde ya vienen pre cargadas varias web y app para que busques todo lo que necesites en la ciudad. A little luxury in the heart of Rome
Incredible! No hesitation rating this hotel 5 stars. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and modern, with a beautiful view of Rome. With 2 doors to unlock even before you get upstairs to the hotel, meant that this place was safe & secure. Being a boutique hotel it felt more like an apartment then a hotel which we loved. Location was perfect with everything in walking distance. To top it off, service was great. The use of a mobile phone during our stay was incredibly helpful. The access to data and Google maps helped us navigate our way around the city. This little touch was so valuable! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Beautiful interior design in a great location
This well designed and beautifully decorated sanctuary is nestled among one of the busiest areas in Rome. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel stood out. It's aesthetic, comfortable bed and staff are all reasons I would stay again. I overlooked the streets, which made for a beautiful site to wake up to and to stare out at night. While it gets noisy from the sounds of the streets - that became secondary to the beauty of the architecture around the hotel, visible right from your room.

The quality of the room was amazing however I was very disappointed to find that the hotel was not handicap accessible. My mother is wheelchair bound and cannot walk. There was over 20 stairs to access the hotel. We had to request assistance from the front desk host to assist in carrying my mother up the stairs. We were there for a two night stay therefore this was a nightmare. This should be listed on all hotel.com listings as accessibility it very important

You will be renting a room not staying at a hotel
The room is spacious and comfortable. But it doesn't feel like a hotel. The reception is almost always unmanned. The lift is very old and tiny. The entrance to the "Hotel" complex albeit secure is very dodgy looking.The staff is helpful and keep the place very clean. However, it felt like they were trying too hard to get things done. As much as it was close to most attractions,I wouldn't stay here again.

사흘을 묵었는데 객실이 아주 깔끔하고 크기도 불편하지 않아서 아주 흡족했습니다. 룸 시설도 전반적으로 좋구요. 베네치아 광장과 판테온 사이에 있어서 관광지 다니기에도 편리했습니다. 다만 체크인 시간이 저녁 8시까지로 정해져 있어서 불편함이 있었습니다. 저희의 경우 항공스케줄이 늦어 미리 이메일로 알려줬음에도 불구하고, 호텔과 리셉션이 닫혀있어 전화연락 뒤 몇십분 기다려야했습니다. 또한 호텔 프런트가 2층이라 캐리어 이동에 도움을 받아야 할 듯 합니다. 그 밖에는 모두 만족입니다^^

Good Location
Hotel Location Perfect, near to Piazza de Venezia, close to restaurants and there is a supermarket just 3 meters far. Room Cleanliness Perfect, Reception staff are very nice yet Back office staff are not very helpful. If you are expecting a hotel style residency it is not, it is more like a flat in a building, very ancient elevator sometimes not working but if you are fine with these matters you will be fine about your stay because it is clean and quite.
