Good location, good spot for a short city stay

Everything about the stay was great, except the beds. The mattresses were very stiff. I've never complained about the mattresses before, but all the beds were the same, and we all had sore backs during the entire stay. This was not the case at other apartments we rented in Italy during our stay. They may be old or designed to be extra firm. Either way, I know some people prefer that, so it's just something to be aware of.The check-in process to meet our agent was smooth, and we liked the location. We had a very minor issue with the internet, and the property manager was quick to respond, which I appreciated.
