Upon check in arrived early got early checkin for $30. Got room 104 which was directly on front of elevator ,room smelled like smoke and ac not working assinged room 109 better odor ac not workin. Again 3rd room 215 alot better clean and good ac. The checkin staff not to friendly.however the maintenance guy was very helpful in getting us a better room. The price is too high for the type of accomodations offered compared to other better hotels in the area. Wouldnt recommend hotel to anyone

Very conveniently located hotel in relation to the airport, but as such there’s not much around to explore (expected). The room was what you expect from an airport hotel - comfortable and clean, but small. The decor is rather outdated but there were signs posted that renovations are in progress, which should help.

The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The associated restaurant and staff there seem excellent, based on using it twice. The walls between rooms are very thin with poor sound insulation, so hearing conversations of neighboring occupants is unavoidable and can be problematic, especially if those people are speaking loudly.

The hotel is ok . I just did not like the location or the area. It’s not convenient to grocery store snd places to walk around… like malls. But we enjoy the stay. And the restaurant the staff are very polite and nice.

It was a bed and easy shuttle service, that’s it. The room was very small. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed together. I was wondering why i felt like I was sinking in the middle of the night. The food was not great. Barely touched it, and they didn’t even ask if there was an issue or offer to make it right. Don’t get the ceasar salad. Sauce is pretty much just tangy mayonnaise. Asked for a glass of wine at the lobby, 6 euros gets you maybe 3oz. It was ridiculous. I was glad I didn’t have to sleep in airport but if I were to stop in Rome again, I would look for another location. I am not one to give public reviews, but I would have liked to have clearer expectations of the experience going in.
