the studio unit was perfect in every way for our two night stay. Both in our 80s meant the access via stairs was difficult but we were helped by the very considerate receptionist on duty. The walkways and stairs have a worn tired look - carpet with a tear that could trip you on the stairs and it all looked as though it needed a thorough vacuum and clean. But the conditions and cleanliness in the unit was excellent which meant our stay was very pleasant.

Second time staying. Is a great hotel and location friendly staff. On a down side was woken at 5am by the street sweeper in the hotel carpark then about 45mins later recycling & rubbish removal.

Beautiful modern room and bathroom. Had 3 people in the room but felt like we had a good amount of space each. The lady at the front desk was lovely and extremely helpful, she definitely made our short say enjoyable!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were fantastically comfortable, clean and had everything needed to relax after your journey. The location is great too, right in town with many shops and restaurants on the door step.

Very clean with nice amenities. Right in the certain of Richmond making for the perfect location. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The owner/staff were very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

It was very close to the centre. The upgraded units were excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, but the shower dome helped to contain condensation. A most enjoyable time for us.

No ventilation in bathroom but a window that opened out into stair case that you everyone walked up. We were not provided with internet WiFi password or code to access tv channels other than the free view . View from window was shopping car park and industrial units.

Queen Street Studios is the most centrally located Hotel in Richmond and an absolute favorite with corporate travelers. Unfortunately we cannot be located where we are and still get great views. We are very sorry that you had concerns with your bathroom and could have put you in a different room. We would love to have you visit again and would fix any problems. Kind regards Chris

Very dissapointed on arrival. They advertise they have free car parking. Queen Street Studios have no free parking of thier own. There is a large public car park at the rear of the property with some free parking which is used for everyone in the area plus time limited parking, which if you leave your car in while you go out could result in a parking ticket. Arrive there between 8am & 5pm and all free parking space will be gone. On arriving I was told to look out of the window and watch for a space to become available, my reply being I have not come on holiday to waste my time looking out of the window. So Annette (the manager) kindly let me park in her driveway. I believe this is false advertising on Queen Street Studios part. Maybe Hotels.com'' could look into it. .

The hotel is small, renovated and close to restaurants and cafes. The room, number 16 is large and suited us for a three night stay. We felt very comfortable. However it was an upstairs room. I wouldn’t recommend the lower rooms facing the public carpark due to a lack of privacy curtains. The hotel is still in the process of being renovated but with a few finishing touches, it will be great. It was also very good to be able to use the laundry. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
